Very poor customer service , I paid them for almost 9 months rent and as expected they didn’t refund me back my security deposit in full claiming there were a minor scratch that they will never fix as there is nothing to be dented or painted
Needless to say some of personal items were missing when they took the car for maintenance and they didn’t know where it was ( they paid for the missing items ) but still not good customer experience

Really nice car have been delivered to me. All new 2023. I was a last minute booking and i asked for a specific car and i got the one i wanted. I was very happy.

This company is a complete SCAM!!!! They steal money from your card. DO NOT share your card details with them!!!! You will pay for damages/cleaning/petrol and 100 other made up things that they will charge your card for without your knowledge!!!! The amounts are HUGE with cleaning for 400 dhs and scratches for 3000+ dhs. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

Fraudsters to to say the least. They take huge money for non existing “damages” off your card without authorisation which is stealing. Cars are in shocking condition in terms of hygiene and safety. Fuel tank came completely empty. It’s been reported to authorities.

Cars are dirty, other people’s hair found in them, they take money from damages done by a previous renter and employees are rude when asked to check the status of the car and just charge for previous damages to new renters! Awful service and they take your money for something you haven’t done!

Customer service was horrible at Al Emad JLT. The car smelled awful and was so disgusting on the inside with seats, floors and roof covered in dark liquid. The front left tire had a leak so we kept having to get air, which was not solving the case. I took pictures of the car so the evidence is available and was shown to the staff, which ignored us. Deposit is not returned till this day. Terrible experience.

This company is a complete fraud. They provide faulty and damaged cars and scam customers into paying for the issues. Once a negative comment appears the employees will write 5 positive ones. After my horrible experience with this company I have spoken to other rental companies and everyone is aware of Al Emad practices. Prices on website are fake to lure customers, they will give you a much higher price once contacted.

I would give 0 stars if possible.The vehicle was damaged and dirty, with dirty windows, seats and body. We had to clean it at our own cost before using it. Front bumper was clearly glued together and cracked, windscreen was not working and forget about working AC. We checked the tire pressure at the gas station and we filled the air, however, once filled it was still low. They use old tiers that are not even save to drive! We explained the situation and there was nothing they can do as no other cars were available. They delete negative reviews and write fake positive ones by employees. I will never use this company again.

Don't rent with them, ever.
Its unbelievable which poor level of service they providing. I have been running behind my deposit for over 3months, now. I have been dealing is most incapable person ever, and no end seems to be near.

Quite average rental company.
Lousy service, and last minute charges without transparency (they charged us fuel after 4 weeks, when we delivered at same condition of pikcup)
