Was happy that the warranty covered this repair “This time”, however in Aug of 2023 I had a transmission issue out of state in Muncy PA andhad the truck flat bedded to Blaise Alexander Chevrolet. They notified, sent requested pictures of evidence (in the pan) and we waited two full days for authorization (I had to uber to a local hotel for 2 nights. The 3rd day was given an authorization code for the repair but was told I would have to wait for a replacement one to be delivered to the dealership. As I was out of town and had important family matters to tend to, I couldn’t wait as the dealership had transmissions in stock and I had them install one so I could continue on my way. At that point your approval was rescinded and I had to pay $2864.64 out of pocket instead of my deductible. I reached out till I exhausted my ability to get this corrected. I was and still am very dissatisfied with the wait time for a “covered” repair due to the length of time to get the authorization. If this breakdown occurred near where I live, it wouldn’t have been an issue as I would have been nearby and able to tend to my family issues. I would sincerely appreciate talking with someone from your company to resolve this issue. I purchased this warranty on good faith for $2972.00 then had to spend another $2864.64 for this “covered” repair due to having to return home (over 3 hrs away)! My name is Brad DeWaal 585-208-7749. Surprised the warranty actually worked in my favor this time. Usually I’m not so lucky. Deny deny deny is usually the motto. Thank you for allowing the process to work.

This is my 2nd repair on my 2015 Nissan Versa, alpha doesn't deny claims of you do all your proper maintenance.

Had an issue, took my vehicle to the dealership, had the issue diagnosed, and the claim was submitted and approved just as it should be without any problems. Easy peasy!!

In my warranty it says mechanical breakdown. Radiator and heater cores are not mechanical. It even says under A+ enhanced heater cores are covered. I am also going round and round with dealer who sold me this. Cost 2800 to have heater core replaced. I canceled this piece of crap.

I made a few calls regarding the issue I had with my vehicle. Each representative I spoke with was very patience and had a willingness to try and help me. I’m very grateful I chose Alpha Warranty Services.

Everything was great. I never had to make a phone call. Repair facility called and everything went smoothly.

It was good until I had to pay the diagnostic charges for the repairs that you failed to take care of. I had to pay 530.75. With the 100 dollar deductible.
I appreciate the coverage. But failed to fix my heater core.

We have put almost $10k into vehicle in 3 years and ALPHA covers 00000.00.
Always with a BS excuse.
NEVER AGAIN will we purchase this (almost) $4,000 POS faux "warranty". NEVER.
How do these idiots running the extended auto warranty mafioso fail to understand drivers buy
many vehicles in their life and if they had a
decent product that picked up valid claims they would make more $$ on more future warranties sold.
Wish I read reviews before adding this useless trash.
