Great service and quality stylish trainers
I have bought 10 pairs from them and all high quality. Recently had to return some slip on boots as I have arthritis and they didn’t fit properly- the money was refunded immediately- excellent service. Therefore I have ordered another of my favourite lase trainers

Thanks so much for the review, we do really appreciate the feedback here at Android Homme,
I am so sorry you have received the incorrect item, this is not the standards we expect for our customers.
I have reviewed your order details and can see this has now been refunded yesterday as we have received your return back and can see this was a factory issues, with the wrong item being inside the correct box for the item you ordered.
However i have checked for any communication with our CS team and it seems you have not been in touch with them. Had you of emailed our customer support team to notify us of this, we would have been able to assist you further and provide a free collection of the item with DPD resulting in you not having to pay for the return.
However as you did not do the above and chose to send this back yourself, the return would have needed to be paid for,

The turnaround
After my complain with about Android Homme, they reached out to me on the exact date of the complaint and they have sent me a new pair with a water bottle on top i had to keep the ones that i was not happy about. They have turned around my pain into happiness. The new goodies were delivered exactly the day before the birthday.
