Ordered trainers
Ordered trainers. Paid delivery shoes don't fit. Need pay to send them back. So out of pocket £20 with no trainers. Not great service

Unfortunately, free returns is not a service that we offer and our returns policy on our website does state that ' It is your responsibility to return your parcel using your own preferred courier service' and we urge customers to read this before purchasing with us to avoid any disappointment.

Item not delivered
I received a notification that my item was delivered, the proof of address showed an unknown home.
When I emailed the team about this, it was clear they had not read my email, as they simply replied and said that it had been delivered and showed me the proof of delivery which I had already seen.
The item is a birthday present and has been delivered god knows where, and I have had to ask for this to be escalated as I need either a replacement (with a different courier) or a refund in full.

I have given an additional star, as once the team realised the situation they responded quickly. I was offered new items to be sent, which I accepted and asked for them to go to a new address with a new courier, and they team obliged. However, I then received an email from Evri saying my parcel is going to be delivered! Due to the inconvenience, the team are kindly refunding the delivery fee, which I have accepted.
The issue therefore lies solely with Evri. Despite the team providing good customer service after I asked for an escalation, and genuinely going above and beyond when they could, I cannot give 5 stars purely because of the situation with Evri.
I will be happy to order from them again if they use a different courier, but I really will not feel comfortable if Evri are their delivery partner of choice.

Firstly thanks for the follow up and additional information you’ve provided in your review. We’re so sorry you had an issue with the delivery and your experience with Evri. As you stated we did our upmost to resolve and rectify this for you.
But we also wanted to re affirm using Evri as the delivery provider is not our delivery partner of choice but moreover was yours as the customer. At checkout multiple options are available for UK shipments (where our warehouse is located) - Evri standard, Royal Mail Standard, Evri Next Day and DPD next day. There are different charges across these, but ultimately we give you as the customer the choice of which you ship your order with - on this occasion the order was completed with Evri selected and we shipped accordingly as per how the order was made.
We pride ourselves on giving our customers options and choices both in speed of delivery and the provider used. Unfortunately you’ve had a bad experience with Evri and for that we’re very sorry as this reflects somewhat on us, but by offering multiple carriers and allowing our customers to choose at checkout we feel we give the control to you and this would allow you to use a different carrier for any future transaction.

Well it was my first online purchase…
Well it was my first online purchase experience, with Apple Pay. It was straightforward simple and easy , I also downloaded the DHL mobile express app to make it easy to track. To my surprise, it said 7 days to deliver but it got delivered in 3 , each day I got updates on the process from both Android Homme and DHL. I’m happy , well done guys .

Refunded trainers from 6 month ago
Refunded trainers from 6 month ago, trainers were sent back in Jan and I received no email back as there store was in moving. Hence why a didn't get reply's. I totally forgot all about this so started sending few emails recently and customer care handled this very well and received my full refund. Thanks again to Tim Lancaster for his call and explaining the issue very well. Would recommend android homme highly thanks again

Another good experience.
Another good experience..
2 new pair came this morning within 2 days.. My 6th-7th pair since signing up to android homme and about my 10th-11th pair altogether in all different designs.
The fits are always perfect and the quality for the money is 2nd to none and I’ll keep on supporting as long has the product and service they deliver is this good thanks again.

Very speedy service
Very speedy service. Usually for my international purchases, the final price is inclusive of shipping plus customs. It therefore came as a surprise when I received an email from DHL informing me of the separate and additional customs tax

Size guide on site is wrong
Size guide on site is wrong, says fits true to size, actually fits half a size smaller. No returns portal so you have to make your own arrangements to return shoes. Not really acceptable considering they are meant to be a premium brand.

Worst possible customer service
Worst possible customer service. I contacted Olivia on the email they provided via ZenDesk and rather than fixing my issue they instead proceeded to send screenshots highlighting the issue was with me.
I asked them to double check my delivery address as there was an issue during the ordering phase. My parcel is now missing with no support from the company.
Olivia rude and unhelpful.

I have looked into your recent correspondence with our customer service team and can see that you contacted us advising that your address was missing the street name as your email address had been entered there instead, however, your parcel had already been dispatched so we were unable to amend this unfortunately.
I can see you was kindly advised to contact the courier regarding this so that they could amend this for you from their side as we were no longer able to do so unfortunately.
As you advised that you was told this had all been amended for you, our customer service member sent over a screenshot of their previous email to you showing what they had stated, showing that they did not advise your address had been updated.
I can see that an investigation has now been raised with the courier so we can resolve this issue for you as soon as possible and have your parcel delivered to you.
