Great insurance company. Insuring my spectacles with them (I'm clumsy.. so 'just in case').. Price is really reasonable. Whole process was set up in less than 10 minutes. They seem very professional.

The website was easy to follow and very informative. The schedule came through on my email within 10mins. I am very pleased that I can pay monthly for my insurance. The insurance amount and excess is very reasonable.

All in cover for expensive spectacles.
Wanted insurance for my very expensive new glasses and up came Arma Karma. Application process straightforward, although a little disappointed at the monthly premium, but I would hate to have to try and replace them myself

OK until you need to make a claim. They will drag it on for months and In the end you will be lucky if you get a settlement appropriate for the device.

My phone was damaged in MAY (it's now September) and my phone isn't any closer to being fixed.
The response time from the team is poor and it can be weeks of waiting until your receive a response. I finally got to the point where they asked me to pay my excess which I did, and then it was 3 weeks before I heard back from them. Now they want me to pay for delivery of the phone to their inspection centre instead of collecting or sending a delivery kit. Saying I'm unimpressed is an understatement

We have extremely high standards for the levels of service that our customers receive during the claims process, and on this occasion, it appears to have fallen below the level we would usually expect. After your review was posted, we immediately contacted our claims manager to make sure your case was treated as a priority so it could be resolved as quickly as possible.
