Opened the box to reveal a necklace when l had ordered earrings!!!
I couldn’t speak to anyone on the phone as the answer machine was full???
Emailed and got a response almost straight away from Zoe, who was terrific and sorted out the packing error straight away, l had to take my original to the post office which was a pain, however the correct order arrived within days.
The only thing missing would have been a money off or voucher for all my trouble!
Zoe you are a star.

I received Wonderful customer service and support which is often in short supply these days. Zoe responded to all of my emails really quickly and efficiently. And the repair process was easy.

Terrible experience. The gold pate on 3 items rubbed off quickly with normal light wear. I advised the company. They say that’s normal and only guarantee for one year . They will not refund but are offering to replace. What’s the point if it’s going to happen again? The items are not fit for purpose, how can a gold plated item only last a year? I’ve had high street gold plated jewellery that’s lasted for 10 plus years. These products are sub standard.

I had not used this company before. Initially, there was a problem caused by my not checking the right delivery option. This was quickly and efficiently corrected and my order was delivered within a couple of days. I would shop with this company again.

They completely messed up my order,.right before Christmas.

But fair play, credit where credit is due.
I reported the issue and within the same day they sorted it and had a replacement order sent out straight away with no fuss or messing around.

Mistakes happen that's normal, it's how companies rectify those mistakes that makes the difference.

I received exemplary customer service from Zoe at Astley Clarke. Even though a very busy time she was so helpful and her communication great from my placing an order to dispatch. Although the item I ordered was on sale and quite inexpensive Zoe made me feel valued as a customer. I was purchasing a gift and down to being so impressed I had another look on the website and treated myself ☺️

Not only were the two items of jewellery stunning - my daughter was delighted with them - but Charli was extremely helpful in sorting out a discount problem which she generously resolved. I would have no hesitation in recommending Astley Clarke on both product and service.

Support staff were very helpful in guiding me through a complicated ordering process of a photo locket. Even at a busy "Black Friday" time of year they were also very responsive.

The personal shopper service was fantastic, they were super helpful and dealt with everything quickly and smoothly.

Everything seemed fine until I got a message to say the photos that I wanted putting in a locket weren’t done so they were going to send the photos to me with some glue to place them in myself. Not a good service at all

I have a stunning necklace from Astley Clarke bought as a gift. The necklace chain tangled in a way that I couldnt fix it. Not only did AC fix it free of charge and free of postage, they made sure that the posted item was insured in case the necklace went missing. I am extremely impressed with their swift and generous aftercare service.

I don't usually write reviews, however on this occasion I feel compelled to do so. I purchased a locket as a gift for a bereavement which I was taking abroad. Unfortunately, the locket arrived with the engraving illegible, I contacted customer services and Zoe went above and beyond to fix the problem and have a new locket sent out to me before my imminent travel plans. I cannot thank Zoe enough for her prompt and excellent customer service, my Aunt was so touched to recieve such a beautifully thoughtful gift. The quality of the jewellery is honestly worth the investment.

Fantastic service from Zoe.I explained I had ordered a ring and before I received it , it had been reduced.Zoe refunded the difference saving me returning it and buying it again . She stated as a valued customer she was happy to refund on this occasion .Thank you Zoe .I would also like to say that I have always been very happy with everything I have purchased and since this transaction I have bought 2 pair of earrings .
