I made an account, but forgot to sign in at time of purchase so I was listed has a guest when purchasing, then when I logged into my account the purchase wasn't there.
I messaged and the response was super quick and everything was explained.

Now the earrings I purchased are absolutely stunning 😍 amazing quality.
I have since made another 3 purchases just awaiting them being delivered.

Fantastic customer service from Charli and Zoe. My locket was faulty and was unable to be fixed so I was sent a brand new one. They kept me up to date, supplied all the postage and even put a new photo in the new locket. So refreshing to have excellent customer service

My memorial bracelet with my brothers pictures after he passed was left at another door after being 3 days late! Despite Ashley Clarke telling me DPD falsified the delivery, I was not offered a refund, only a replacement. They are downright sneaky & pushed the replacement before i asked for a refund. No doubt they'll leave some comment below citing rubbish! I am not happy at all with this mess of a company & all the bracelet reminds me of now is the absolute hassle I got from this company with the delivery, bracelet & the pakaging sent which was for a different size box. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 🤬

Customer service were very helpful answering my query. Once my order arrived I was so happy with it. Beautiful necklaces.

I went to a sample sale where I picked up a locket from a tray that said “£10 lockets.” The tray was put put down on a table right in-front of me so there was no way a customer mixed up the tray with another necklace. I bought 5 pieces and 5 boxes so I didn’t notice I was over charged by £30. I live in Croydon but traveled back into london to the store where the shop assistant said she was unable to help me as they didn’t keep a record of the sample sale prices.
After many back and forth emails with customer service they denied that there was ever a £10 locket tray, which was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

The website was very informative, the order and delivery were great and Charli was very helpful. Overall a great experience
