Order arrived quickly and was spot on. Ordered a couple and sent one back, customer service was absolutely fantastic.

Received my leather jacket today and it’s such good quality, so soft and lovely leather, I’m very happy with it. The fit was perfect, so true to size. Delivery was quick, 3 days. Very impressed, I will be buying my leather items from here going forward. Love it!

I'm honestly over the moon with my jacket. Got it a leather bomber type jacket for under £100 and honestly wasn't expecting much but it's lush!! I'll be purchasing a couple of different styles now 😁

Purchased a leather jacket from them. Used the online advice but it was too small. So returned it and asked for an exchange. I purchased it for my birthday. Was helpfully told the turnaround time. Next thing I get a refund notification. I contact them - the size I want is now out of stock. Okay but it would be nice to be told. I then check the website. Item is in stock and for sale. Hummmmmmm. Someone is telling porky pies. Not quite clear who. But extremely disappointed. Money returned. But I'd rather have had a jacket.

If you cannot honour the exchange then you should offer the same Introductory discount for a repurchase. Whilst I think you should not hang into finds forever and a day - you should know which jackets are being returned as you have an online returns system. You could alert the consumer and check to see if they wished to wait.

I have purchased elsewhere.

Easy to order arrived on the date given
The leather Jacket was very good quality at a great price however I sized up from a 16 to an18 and it just zipped up therefore I returned the jacket and requested a refund.
Once posted I quickly recieved confirmation and the refund was credited to my bank account it was free postage for the return

I’ve since had very positive contact from Barneys who informed me that Debenhams had not contacted them about my return. My refund has since been issued within hours of my communication with them so I have updated my review to reflect that I am pleased with the outcome and response from Barneys.

I bought a leather jacket through Debenhams but returned it on 11th January as it was too big. As I hadn’t heard anything from Barney’s, on the 18th January I provided Debenhams with proof of posting and they confirmed that Barneys originals received it at their warehouse on the 13th but I still haven’t been refunded and it’s now the 29th January. I’ve asked Debenhams to step in and chase it for me but I’ve still heard nothing from Barneys. I haven’t even had a return confirmation. I won’t be ordering from this company again if this is their level of customer service. Order with them at your peril!

I received a pair of leather gloves as a gift. They were well made and made of quality leather, l couldn't help myself and l bought the same pair in black. The arrived quickly, were well packaged and reasonably priced. I am very happy with both pairs

I'd had my eye on this jacket for a long time. Finally purchased it and I'm so happy with it. It's a beautiful jacket, and fits me perfectly. It is slightly oversized in the body but the arms are not too long. As other reviews suggested to buy a size down I did Size 14 I'm 5'5. Roomy enough for a hoodie to go underneath but looks equally as good wearing it as slightly oversized.

Good price - good delivery - jacket was perfect

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Barneys Original, and I feel compelled to share my experience here. I purchased a leather jacket from them in March, and unfortunately, the product has not lived up to the quality standards I expected.

Despite the clear evidence provided with attached photos showing a hole under the arm, Barneys Original rejected my refund request. It's important to note that I have not caused any physical damage to the jacket. This refusal to address a legitimate issue with their product speaks volumes about the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction.

The customer service I received during this process was subpar, and I am left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I paid for a product that has not met the expected standards, and Barneys Original's refusal to address the issue has further exacerbated my dissatisfaction.

I had hoped for a resolution that would reflect positively on the brand, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I advise potential buyers to exercise caution when considering Barneys Original, as the quality of their products and their customer service leave much to be desired.

In conclusion, I am disappointed with the overall handling of my situation and the lack of accountability from Barneys Original. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering their products.
