Ordered my jacket and paid £8.99 for next day delivery, heard nothing back so I contacted customer service for assistance. Never received a response. Jacket arrived 2 days later. I ordered chocolate brown, the invoice says chocolate brown but the jacket is black. Again contacted customer service for help and no response. I now have a jacket that I don’t want.

This was the 2nd jacket i ordered from Barney’s Originals, although the first was via Debenhams website. Unfortunately i had to return that one as the style didnt suit me. This jacket however, is perfect! I wanted a biker style jacket and thats what i got. Loved the style, classic biker look, with quality leather. The leather is still a little stiff, but thats because its new; you can tell the leather will soften with wear. I also love that the studs and zips are silver. I ordered a size 16, as the advice on other reviews said to order a size up. To be honest, i’m not sure whether they are a smaller fit, i generally order size 16 & i can still manage to comfortably wear a hoodie beneath the jacket. I was a little concerned about sleeve length, as i do have “albatross” arms. I reckon i could do with 1cm extra in sleeve length. But, the sleeves do extend to just below the lower knuckle of my thumb, which is “nearly” perfect. From an ordering point of view, there was plenty of choice via the website and lots of reviews to help me make my choice. Delivery was quick too, i had my lovely new jacket within a bout 2-3days. Although i didnt return this jacket, when i returned my previous jacket, Debenhams were dragging their heels, so i contacted Barney’s directly via email. Their response was practically immediate Debenhams took 3 weeks!!). They informed me my return had been received, but they were awaiting a response from Debenhams. All in all i’m impressed with Barney’s, from the quality & style of their products, their delivery and their customer service. I’m also impressed with the bi monthly music drop (via spotify) they email me, some great tunes in the playlist!!

The speed in which the order took all be it we ordered wrong size returning it was straight forward and easy and we got the replacement in about the week. My wife really love the jacket

I bought the Victoria leather jacket and I love it. It’s really nice leather and smells amazing. I’m a size 10 and bought a 10 and it’s perfect for me, as I wanted the jacket to be slim fitting more for nights out than everyday wear.

I got my jacket in the sale, at a great price. It's great quality and good sizing. (With other places, I have had to exchange for different size as it didn't fit).
It looks fab, and I have had compliments on it. I absolutely love it sooo much.

I ordered four jackets before I found the one that fitted (the women's blazer). All the jackets were of very good quality - lovely soft leather and excellent stitching. I haven't worn my jacket yet (still wearing my winter wool coat) so cannot comment on it specifically. The service was excellent. All the orders arrived quickly and it was very easy to return the three that didn't fit (all had sleeves that were too long for me).

I recently purchased a pair of leather driving gloves for my Grandson for Christmas. However, after being reliably informed that he would not use them I returned them for a refund. The gloves were made of nice soft, quality leather which made wearing them comfortable. They were well made and a good price at £25. Delivery was quick and as soon as the gloves were received back at Barneys I received a E-mail telling me that my refund would be with me asap. I received a second E-mail to say that a refund had been made (minus the return postage). However, there was a glitch and I did not receive the refund within the 5 working days as expected. I sent an E-mail to Barneys, followed up by a phone call a couple of days later. The lady on the phone was very helpful and investigated the problem. I hadn't checked my E-mails that morning, but there was an apologetic reply telling me that the refund had been processed again. I received the refund that day. Barneys customer service was excellent. I can't fault the gloves, the delivery, or the speed at which the refund problem was sorted. I would consider ordering from them again.

I had my eye on the Men’s Leather Racer Jacket with Quilted Shoulders for a while but it went out of stock. A few months of it being out of stock I noticed it had gone up for sale on TKMaxx and because of the great reviews of Barneys and the claim of high quality, I bought it. When I got it, it wasn't as high quality as I expected (mostly the loose lining and sharp zips) but I thought for the price, that's expected.

After no more than 10 times wearing the jacket (nothing that would cause hard wear) I noticed one of the seams under the arm had fully ripped open. I investigated the jacket further and noticed the leather looked heavily worn in common touch points which absolutely isn't expected out of around 10 wears. I took the jacket to a professional to be repaired however they didn't do anything with the jacket advising it would be worth just getting a new one. They showed me more chips and rips and how all the seams were close to tearing. They advised me that they were unsure if it was real leather due to the way it was damaged and that the 'leather' was so thin and poor quality.

I appreciate that you pay for what you get, but I truly look after my clothes and I'd expect at least a couple years out of a 'real leather' jacket as leather jackets with proper care can last a lifetime. I'd advise to bite the bullet and invest in a more expensive brand if you want a jacket that lasts the time leather should.

The delivery time was excellent. I can’t recommend Barneys highly enough! The leather jacket is superb, excellent quality and so soft. I’ve recommended them to all my work colleagues. I would definitely purchase from them again.

My review is purely based on their sizing. I generally take a size 16 but wanted oversized so purchased a 18 from Vinted. The jacket was tiny and more suited to a size 10/12. I then went by the measurements on the website and it said I was a size 22! I reluctantly ordered a size 22 as the jacket was beautiful and so soft. The arms fitted fine but the middle was ginormous. I gave up in the end with my search. This is based on the Victoria

No issue with the delivery. The jacket i ordered a few months ago looked good and fitted. I put it away to wear later this year and took it out recently and noticed two small holes on the front. I looked over the jacket again and the leather does seem very, very thin, so I'm not rating the quality. I'm not going to throw money getting it repaired, particularly as it appears to be a low grade leather, I'd be better off buying a quality leather jacket elsewhere.

I like Barney's designs and when their sale started I got this nice suede jacket which I'm quite happy with by all means.

I love my jacket! The customer service was amazing, there was a fault with my original order where the zipper was a bit broken and customer service sent me a new one immediately and gave me a free return label. They always responded and were very kind and polite, truely the best customer service I’ve ever received.

Not to mention the jacket is stunning and I love it so much.
