Really pleased with purchase (Women's Leather Ribbed Asymmetric Biker Jacket - Victoria). Fits perfectly (usually a 10-12, bought size 12). Good price, cheaper compared to other retailers selling same item. Only criticism was delivery time, paid extra for next day but took 2 extra days (with Royal mail). It was week before Xmas though. Apart from that, the item was well packaged. Recommend!

Prompt delivery ... but of the wrong item! Once I contacted Customer Service, there was an immediate dispatch of the correct item without waiting for the return of the error. Of course I reurned the erroneous item but I'd like to thank Barneys for not making a crisis out of a mistake.

My first purchase was too small, but it was really easy to return, I bought another, a size larger and the jacket fitted snugly, my wife is really happy with her leather jacket, she looks amazing in it. Her beaming smile was worth every penny spent.

Quality, fit, and finish is superb. If I get the chance to recommend, I certainly will.

Ordered a lovely jacket for my son's Christmas gift, it was super quality, fit perfectly, and he is still smiling about it now - really recommend the quality, care and speed with which it arrived.

Wonderful quality product. True to size but please note that this jacket is fitted.
Delivery was fast and reliable… had no problems so have not needed to contact customer service.

After my recent experience with BARNEYS ORIGINALS I would not recommend using them. I purchased a leather jacket from them it didn’t even last 1 month let alone a summer or winter. I reached out to them about the defective jacket and got told that it was due to heavy wear, how when the jacket has only been worn once? Very disappointed, their attitude was it’s the customers fault, nothing they can do, or willing to do. Very disappointing. 😡😡😡

Barneys are the best. I recently purchased a brown leather jacket from them. The jacket is stylish and good value. They were efficient and speedy in the delivery. I was so pleased I went back in for a black leather biker style jacket. Unfortunately this item was damaged in the post. Barneys were unbelievable. They sent me a new jacket with a minimum of fuss. They are a thoughtful efficient company who sell great looking gear at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Brilliant jacket, exactly what I was looking for, and just as described. Even better than the pictures. Very prompt delivery - order placed on Thursday evening and jacket arrived on Saturday.

Great leather jacket, it was exactly the style I was looking for at what appeared to be a very reasonable price, there had to be a catch? The first jacket I ordered was too snug for anything other than a t-shirt underneath, so returned it for the next size without any hassle whatsoever, the jacket is lovely, lightweight, soft exactly what I was looking for, no catch, no hassle, great jacket

I chose to buy the leather jacket from Barney's Origionals after reading all the good reviews about quality and a fair price. I can honestly say that I made the right decision, the jacket is weighty and looks so expensive despite being an affordable price!

I bought the leather cropped bomber jacket recently and I love it. I ordered size 12 and it fits perfectly with a little room to spare. Delivered within 3 working days, packaged well and got it at a bargain price of £74 reduced from £150 with a 10% discount on top. I shall always check Barneys when looking for another leather. Very good service and quality
