Worn 4 times and leather is so thin it peels itself away! I expect a generic reply in here as the others teyong to say ‘leather is pourus’. ALL leather jackets I’ve had in he past can take wear and scratches - leather does not peel like this, unless it’s extremely cheap and or faux. AVOID I feel robbed!

Ordered three different jackets for size and style. One kept as a gift for my daughter, she loves it. Two returned easily and hassle free, reimbursement quickly with out waiting too long.

Customer service doesn t exist . I don t know how this company survives . I returned 2 jackets 8 weeks ago, they still didn t refund my money for one of the jacket . I contacted the company , they re all sleeping .. how difficult is it to check a return ?

I've already messaged their team twice on their website, and no reply. I got one of their jackets 1 year ago, and already lost so much colour.

I have other leather jackets in my closet that are much much older and way more wears and they don't look like this.

What type of leather is this?
Barely any use and it already needs maintenance?

I should have doubted their price, their jackets are ALWAYS on discount. I doubt the jackets were ever the original price mentioned, I've never seen any item from them without a "discount".

Product quality good, service and delivery good. It's just a shame that A3 paper doesn't fit in the A3 blotter. I need to trim the paper to fit...the actual blotter sshould be bigger to accomodate A3 paper.

Delivery was very quick and the jacket is beautifully soft leather and sized perfectly. I sized up to fit a jumper underneath it, I absolutely love it.

Ordered Clara petite size and was very excited to receive this product. When it arrived, the petite size wasn't right and did not look or feel right like model.
The material also did feel right. Could not return due to tags being ripped out upon receiving. Such a waste of money and time.

What can I say more than very good quality, fits perfectly and good customer service.

First one I had for years, I put on some lbs and needed a new one.
Price is excellent, jackets are lovely, really hard wearing.
I love how it will soften nicely over time.
Would recommend Barney's to others.

Generally very good. Lost 1 star because initially sent the wrong item. No big issue in exchanging although had to chase.
The return item was tracked and although showing it was delivered Barney's did not receive it. However to their credit they advised they would chase up and sent the replacement item on an urgent basis which I received within a day of them sending

Es un timo, las chaquetas no son de cuero, son falsas. 10 euros es lo que tenían que valer con la calidad que tienen, te las pones 5 veces y se empieza a abrir "el cuero", pierde color...

I ordered 2 jacket from this website, both are to small, what is terrible and never happend with me before.. i tried to contact with them since 1 week, but no one replying to my messages… i sent 5-6 message but no reply. And also the second jacket came like someone else used before, it was dirty.. i’m not recommended
