I rang Big Warrantees
I rang Big Warrenties . To change and add to my policy. Not something I was looking forward to. But I got to speak with ROSANNA. Firstly I’d like to say her voice was soft , reassuring . Her words were kind from the minute she picked up the phone. Her voice sounded like she had a smile on her face.
Which gave me reassurance from the start.
Rosanna definitely knew her stuff. She was organised, through, she explained everything to me in a way I understood. What was happening now and what was to come and when. She also took time to go back over everything at the end talking as she was doing her checks. Which was very reassuring.

Helpful and patient
For starters -DIDNT wait long for call to be answered. Huge plus.
Michael was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Hé was patient and walked us through the procedure for the claim we were making. Hé helped us find the serial number on our fridge freezer. If only there were more Michaels around!
