Missing order. No response from Bobbin
I ordered a child’s bike for my granddaughter’s birthday, delivery was confirmed with APC but it did not arrive on the scheduled day. The order number is #329154071. I have emailed them many times. They responded once at first to say they would investigate, but are now ignoring my messages and the bike has still not arrived. Their phone number is never answered.

We had been looking at pre loved bobbin bikes and saw that they hold their price if looked after. So decided we would buy brand new, luckily in a discount month. Really pleased…

Don’t like responding to problems.
I ordered a replacement brake lever for my grand child’s bike for which I have paid. Unfortunately it is not the right one and I have repeatedly sent emails, site contact forms and attempted to call their offices on 2 numbers listed. No response from Daniella who arranged the delivery.

Not suitable as a first pedal bikes
A lovely looking bike and delivery time was as expected, but these bikes are not at all suitable as first pedal bikes. The frames and handlebars are too heavy, making them too difficult to control for a child who is learning to ride. Seems even more wobbly with stabilisers which isn’t the point. Overall disappointing, have had to purchase another bike (Isla, Frog and Squish are best for first pedal bikes)

Item arrived very quick after ordering with a slight defect (which was most likely caused in transit). Contacted customer support to report and had very prompt response acknowledging issue and a solution offered immediately.

Good bike, confusing instructions.
The bicycle was delivered promptly, in excellent condition and looks good. The assembly however was a bit of a challenge: the instructions booklet is not specific to your actual bike so you have to find out what type of brakes you have, what type of fixings... And don't expect Ikea-like diagrams: you'll have to rely on lo-fi black and white photographs.

Great buying experience and I love my new bike. I've had a few Bobbin bikes over the years. When my very loved Bobbin bike was stolen I decided on a change and bought a different branded bike. After 6 months I missed my Bobbin so much I decided to buy a new one. I'm so happy I did :)
