I rented a van from Johnny Feel Good/…
I rented a van from Johnny Feel Good/ wicked vans to drive from Brisbane to Sydney. I was provided with a Nissan el grande which was large and very easy to drive. The van was very clean, easy to drive, provided small kitchen, with cutlery cooking equipment, gas burner, camp table and chairs.
Big Thankyou to the team for providing me with a van with very short notice.

A surprise upgrade to the Jonny Feelgood Nissan El Grande, was so comfortable, reliable and had everything we needed for our trip. Would highly recommend this vehicle.

Rented a car in Australia
Rented a car in Australia. Didn’t have air conditioning and broke down numerous times throughout our trip.
Sent an email to costumer services upon return (as returns guy said it had nothing to do with him) and never got a follow up.
Paid a lot too.
Don’t waste your time and go with a more reputable company.

Doesn't care about its customers
Had a booking with their agent Campervan finder and had to cancel as COVID 19 resulted in Australia closing all its boarders. When I tried to cancel the booking with the agent i was told Campervan village was not offering any refunds. After contacting fair trade for assistance the agent offered a partial refund but kept over $500!
The reason given by the agent…….
'Because I pushed for the refund they are charging us a hefty cancellation fee and only giving us a little bit back. The remaining money + credit we have to cop on the chin and pay out of our pocket to you :(
This is honestly the best situation and something that hasn't been provided to other customers. Campervan Village isn't willing to cooperate with the Department of Fair Trading because there isn't much the Department Of Fair Trading can do.'
This has obviously been a difficult time for everyone, it is just highly disappointing that these companies would treat their customers in such a way. I would recommend anyone looking for a rental company to find an alternative.
