paid for car seat covers that was not received

I like the way the seat covers look, but I don't like the fit. I thought your company made covers that were custom made to fit the model of the buyers car, but it has a very loose fit and I have to keep making adjustments to the cover.

Though the wait was long it was well worth it. Love my floor mats - durable, easy to clean and super good looking.

Really impressed with the fit of the car mats. They look clean and well made, and they fit my car much better than the universal mats I had before.

I still have not heard from customer service about the wrong seat covers that were sent to me. I have a 2000 Chevy Silverado with the seat belts integrated into the seats

I specifically asked about the rear seat cover before i ordered. I was assured it was a one piece cover. I did NOT want a multi -piece set for the rear cover and that's exactly what I got. I hate it and would like to return them but it will cost a small fortune to do so. Completely disappointed.

After a month I was told there was no way to make mats for my car. I Was told I was receiving a refund. After a month and a half of no refund, I had to file a claim with PayPal to be refunded. Very unprofessional

The delivery time was so long over 6 weeks, that i sold the truck befor it arived

The mats don’t fit my car. They are cut and made wrong so as they don’t fit around the seats or seat belts. The studs in the main mat are not positioned correctly and thus the top mat moves and gets caught under your feet. There needs to be more care taken when making patterns for mats as near enough is not good enough for customers that buy the product expecting it to be as advertised only to find out the product is not upto expectations

DO NOT EVER BUY THIS PRODUCT This product is very cheaply made and not as advertised. I have been trying to get a refund and no one will respond. I spent close to 500.00 on a set got my 2017 hellcat charger. They say its real leather and all this and that. It looks and feel just like plastic and its really thin material. Feel like they buy the sets off temu and up sell it for 10000% markup.

Every piece fit just right and makes the car look clean

There should be a zero star choice. Terrible company. Delivery took over a month and nothing but excuses when I tried to cancel and get a refund so I could go elsewhere. Kept getting told they couldn’t cancel because my seat covers are “custom made” (ordered plane black for a stock Chevy pick up). When they finally arrived they were custom made alright, had a big bright silver lions head logo embossed right in the middle of each seat back cover. I certainly didn’t order that garbage. No response on contact. Besides the trashy bling, zipper on top of one of the covers is broken. Stay far away from this scam company. I’ll try to see if PayPal can help as I contact the BBB.

Really happy with my Carsilks mats. The quality looks great, they fit my car nicely, and the whole ordering process was straightforward. Everything arrived as expected and I’m very pleased with the purchase. Would definitely recommend Carsilks.

I wasn't sure if these would fit because my car is quite an old model. I'm definitely happy that they fit and were made perfectly for my car.

Overall, I'd give them an absolute 4.5/5 🌟. I think they would have been even better if they were twice as thick as they are. Still, I'm very happy with my purchase!
