Ordered paint from Wickes, first delivery went missing as it was left at the bottom of a communal stair and the company forged my signature as I was at work on the day of delivery.
Second delivery I answered the buzzer and before I could even say hello I received 'this is your wickes order and it will be getting left at the bottom of the stair I wont be bringing it up' and I said no problem (for future ill just go to the shop and get it myself, I actually use delivery services as I struggle to bring things up the stairs due to disability).
Having seen the delivery driver however I can see that he was quite overweight so I would have actually been concerned for his heart if he had brought it up stairs. His attitude was absolutely horrible.
Maybe as a delivery company you should be hiring fit and healthy people that can carry a pot of paint up a flight of stairs.

I would like to commend this company…
I would like to commend this company what delivery driver did is bring 40 kg tiles up 2 flights of stairs and was meant to be a outside delivery. With ultra politeness easily beats john lewis delivery also i would rate this company 10 out 5 never had a better interaction with any company in my life wont forget this guy awesome human his name is Calvin (ED18).
