I had to cancel my policy and I was helped by a nice customer service agent who took care of everything for me!

My refund was marked urgent and to fast track my money to myaccount. The finance dept have ignored the fact payment was to be fasttracked and I still havent recieved my money. I even requested a direct email for Finance and heard nothing back! The Finance Dept have let me and Coop Funeral Care down badly by ignoring people!
I have been mislead now told that my fast track refund needs to reach finance? Different to what I was told earlier that Finance had my refund to process? Will update tomorrow next port of call is Director Gill Stewart!

It was very easy to do online

It was so easy to answer the questions on the on line gold funeral plan. Payments was simple to expedite. I received my official funeral documents within days. Peace of mind to know my funeral arrangements are now securely in place. Thank you.

The staff at the Bitterne Park funeral parlour went out of their way to ensure a very sad day went as smoothly as possible. We as a family cannot thank them enough for the way they conducted themselves and ensured we did not have to worry about a thing.

Never the most sexy experience to arrange a funeral plan but has to be done. Coop advisors Harry and Alison excellent got it all sorted quickly and we're a pleasure to deal with.

It took me a long time to decide to buy a funeral plan after following all the bad press recently. So I did quite a bit of research. Coop is a local company, been known for years so I decided to go with them. I made myself a member which cost £1 but got me a £50 reduction on the price. The cost was mid range of the firms I had checked. I filled all the details in online.It was very easy to do. I could have had a personal service. My plan arrived back in five days. My plan showed all my needs met. My loved ones kept informed. The icing on the cake??? Just a bit less cash for the taxman to get his hands on

Very difficult to set up a meeting to discuss funeral plan, but once we did which took about 2 months and chasing phone calls it was very straightforward

I found it very easy to arrange my funeral online. Everything was very clear but also had options to speak to someone

Overall very satisfied. The gentleman we dealt with was excellent, knowledgeable, patient and above all understanding. The lady on reception was very good and even offered us tea or coffee. So, congratulations in order for both of them. The only slight criticism would be that the funeral home is in dire need of restoration as it is so tired it’s falling asleep! In short, would thoroughly recommend the Co-op funeral home in Saltash if you want to prepay your funeral.
