I have been with Denplan for over 15 years and had no problems getting treatment with Dentists. I recently moved address and area code and although I had to renew my Denplan this was not a major issue as this was done for me by the receptionist at my new dentist and I am grateful for this.

Super easy to make a claim, easy to upload dental receipts and clear instructions on how to make sure the claim is fully completed in the correct way to avoid delays.

Can't really fault denplan but the dentist are a different matter surely they should hold dentist to account for poor service. Paid for 20+ years with no problems with teeth when I do have a problem can't get a appointment for months despite being in severe pain which ended up costing fortune at emergency appointment elsewhere

It may be a good dental insurance plan BUT their lack of tact , understanding and incomplete instructions when my father died and I needed to cancel his policy and maintain my mother's was rather pathetic an lacked empathy.
We even received mail addressed to the person that they knew was deceased regarding future cover for my mother.
I've spent more time on this one company than i did organising his funeral!!
Not impressed.

Every time I try to log in this site never recognises my password or says that I’m locked out even though it’s the first time I’ve tried to log in .. I’ve had nothing but trouble since I’ve been made to do my dental treatments on line … no I’m not happy at all !!!

James at Denplan organised an emergency appointment at a local private dentist very speedily. Part of my tooth had fallen out so needed to be seen that day. He was efficient and very sympathetic to my problem. He deserves a medal!!!

The two people who helped me on the phone were kind and reassuring. They explained everything carefully and quickly organised my emergency appointment in an area I don’t know which was so good. The dentist who I saw was superb and took great care of my broken tooth. I’m so grateful to everyone for their help.

My Wife experienced an abscess while we were away on holiday in the south lakes she was in extreme pain and needed an emergency appointment on Good Friday and all dentist were shut. We rang The Denplan help line and a very kind lady sorted out an appointment that day at a local dentist enabling my wife to get treatment for her condition and to continue our break in the lakes
