I underwent treatment whilst I was on holiday away from the UK. Upon my return and after completing and submitting my claim it was promptly acknowledged. I was then asked to submit invoices relevant paperwork to verify payment. The very next day I received confirmation that a payment with details of the amount would be made. I couldn’t believe how quickly and professionally my claim was dealt with.

I’ve been with Denplan for a few years now and I’m a very satisfied customer. I often travel abroad and have my teeth cleaned and descaled in Poland, and my receipts have always been accepted without any issues. It’s a win–win: I pay less for high‑quality treatment and receive reimbursement matched to NHS rates for services such as descaling and hygienist visits.
The reimbursement process is very straightforward, and once approved, the funds are returned to my account quickly. With Denplan, I also have peace of mind knowing that I’m covered for urgent or accidental dental visits, as well as for more serious conditions such as oral cancer—this is extremely important to me.

Unfortunately I didn't get to see a dentist, but did speak to one.

First time I had to use them and wasn’t sure of the process so I called the help line and the advisor talked me thru the options and explained the cover under my plan and the limits that apply.
I opted for them to find a dentist for me and they found a dentist and called back with 30 minutes. The dental appointment was that day and 2 miles from where I was staying and my issue sorted by the end of that day. Can’t fault the service and so glad I am a member of Denplan.

Initial contact was very good and they immediately informed me what they would do regarding accessing an emergency dentist. They explained the cover under my plan and the limits that apply.
Once they found a dentist they called back and they followed up after I had made the appointment again explaining the plan cover and also what isn't covered.
In short they did what they said they would, called back when they said they would and provided relevant information.
Great service.

I personally do not recommend this service,
Paid for it for years then when need it most they refuse to help out.
On Friday late evening i had emergency appointment due to my crown fall out and my dentist closed on Friday 4pm and re-open on Monday so had to act quickly…. Find emergency dentist and paid £300 lucky me though i pay for this service so they may help out…. WRONG! If its less than 40 miles away from my dentist then they wont cover it never mind if my dentist practice is closed…. The emails about “we cover emergency appointments WORLDWIDE” are not truth or they may think my dentist is located on different earth and the remaining world is 40 miles away from it….. saying they sorry for me leaving but do nothing and keep years of money contributions i paid each month in their pockets.
Im sure they will respond to this with “ we sorry you not happy” instead of ok lets sort this out….
They dont care about your health just money grabbing.

When I had a dental emergency late on a Sunday evening and couldn't make contact with my dentist, an operator named Sue worked small miracles to help me get an appointment the next morning. Couldn't possibly ask for better customer service

I found the web page unhelpful and difficult to navigate and when trying to contact people only got a machine which could not have been more unhelpful.
Fortunately when I got through to the help service (Kath) she could not have been more helpful. She addressed my issue speedily guiding me through the process. She could not have been more helpful and pleasant

Dental Emergency in Zurich. On return, contacted Denplan via telephone and explained situation. Was told costs were covered and directed to claim form. Process was simple and response within a couple of days with money to be sent to direct debit account within 10 days. Denplan make the whole process simple and phone conversations were helpful with the overall impression of a company looking to be as helpful as possible.

When you need some work done and you may required denture/s or other expensive dental work, by having the costs spread over monthly payments,which include check up apportionments and hygienist which are included plus any work done you get a 10% discount. Instead of paying for work carried out or the need for dentures etc, paying monthly amount helps especially if you are unable to pay the whole cost/s at once.
