I would like to express my sincere thanks to Distinct Cremations for the care, dignity, and professionalism they showed while handling the cremation of my late brother, Paul.
From the very beginning, the process was handled with sensitivity and clarity during what was an extremely difficult time for our family. A special mention must go to Maxine, who supported me throughout the entire journey. She was compassionate, patient, and incredibly reassuring, always taking the time to explain things clearly and making sure nothing felt rushed or overwhelming.
Maxine's kindness and understanding made a genuinely hard experience much easier to manage, and it was clear that she truly cared about doing things properly and respectfully. Knowing that my brother was in such capable and considerate hands brought me great comfort.
I would not hesitate to recommend Distinct Cremations to anyone needing this type of service. Their professionalism, empathy, and personal approach made all the difference, and I am very grateful for the support we received.

From the minute I telephoned I felt comfortable, cared for and confident in the person (Sarah) taking the call. There was no pressure but the plan was explained clearly and any questions I had answered in a way that assured me that Direct Cremations was the answer to my needs.

My mother in law passed away recently and she was very clear that she did not want a service so we approached Distinct Cremations. They couldn't have been more amazing throughout a very tough time. I was looked after by Kerry who was completely empathetic throughout, she was efficient, kept me fully informed and was so kind in her approach and phoned to check how things were going. My mother in laws ashes were delivered to us this week by a very smartly dressed man who again, was so respectful and kind. Kerry has just phoned me to check all went well and to ask if I had any questions. I couldn't recommend them more for looking after our loved one and us, so well.

I would like to say that Distinct cremations really done a great and easy service in dealing with the death of my loved one.
They made a very sad and difficult time somewhat easier if that is the right way to explain it.
From the start they were 100% when I wanted them in the handling with my mams passing.
I personally want to thank Sarah miller for everything she does in detail with dealing with the loss of a loved one. I know it’s a persons job to deal with the bereaved family but Sarah was so kindhearted and supportive in every way. Thank you so much for Sarah for being there for me.
Everything went to plan with the crematorium and after with the return of my mams ashes.

Sarah is absolutely brilliant. She explained everything,made sure i knew exactly what i was signing and promised to ring again in a fortnight to make sure ive received all documentation. Highly recommend.

Everyone at Distinct Cremations has been professional, courteous, and, most of all, understanding.
They carried out our wishes exactly as we wanted when my wife died suddenly and kept in touch throughout.
I have now arranged my own funeral, and the consideration and respect have been excellent.

Although it came as a bit of a shock to find out our mum had a plan through Distinct Cremations, I can now understand why they took this plan out. Everything was handled with a profession manner and in a sensitive way, the staff were extremally helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. Although you don't get to have a crematorium service, we have family who live abroad, and getting everybody to attend at the same time would have proved very difficult. So, we waited for the ashes to be returned and arranged a wake at a time that suited the vast majority of the family. The fact that two of my siblings are now considering this type of arrangement speaks volumes. Distinct Cremations was a positive experience for our family.

Distinct Cremation have been thoroughly professional and respectful throughout our experience with them. At a time when you are experiencing great loss and need as much support as possible they are there with you every step of the way, without the intrusive element that you get with funeral directors. They got every part of our service just right. I would highly recommend this company and will be forever grateful for how they looked after my beloved Mum.

A couple of weeks ago I arranged mine and my husband' s cremations with Distinct Cremations. Spoke to Tracey who explained everything fully and took me through the procedure of our cremation plans. All of my questions were answered in detail in a professional and kind manner. I did have further questions after taking out our direct cremation plans and spoke to different staff at Distinct Cremation and all were very kind and caring and put my concerns at ease. I did receive a follow up courtesy call to make sure paper work had arrived and everything was to our satisfaction.
