I chose Distinct Cremations, because when my mum was in palliative care, I did some online enquiries and they were the only company that phoned me back, to discuss what I might need. When my mum passed away, I contacted them in the early hours of the morning and they arranged for mum to be collected and taken to one of their funeral directors straight away, as she was at home. The 2 men from the funeral directors were lovely and dealt with everything quickly and respectfully. All the people I spoke to at DC were lovely, they were professional, caring and kind, without being condescending. From start to finish, they were brilliant. Sarah was my contact and was so nice, she kept me up to date on everything by phone, chatted to me about my mum and made me feel that they would look after my mum during the direct cremation, that we had decided on. Afterwards, she phoned to tell me when mum’s ashes would be returned to us, which happened within a week. The man who brought them was lovely too.
I cannot recommend Distinct Cremations, their lovely people and their funeral directors highly enough. They made a sad and difficult time so much easier.

A couple of weeks ago I arranged mine and my husband' s cremations with Distinct Cremations. It was a very easy process to do. A young lady called Leah, led my through the process with reasssurance, kindness and professionalism. All of my questions were answered fully, everything explained in detail and all
of my requests were met. 10 days later I received a phone call to make sure the paper work had arrived, that everything was correct and to check if I had any further questions . Exemplary customer service.
I would not hesitate to recommend Distinct Cremations to anyone wanting to plan their funerals at a very reasonable cost.

Very pleased to recommend this company. A difficult subject was made much easier to organise with the help of a very caring lady via a phone call.
Within 30 minutes everything was arranged for my husband and I and the funeral plans arrived in the post a few days later.
A follow up call a week later was also welcome , just to check all was correct in the plan.

An affordable, no-nonsense funeral plan.

After researching various companies I recently decided to sign up with Distinct Cremations for a payment plan for myself and am very satisfied with my choice. Communication and information was excellent and the staff I spoke with on more than one occasion were very polite, courteous and professional, answering all my questions.
(P.S. Not to be confused with another company of a similar sounding name!)

Dealing with distinct cremations was simple and easy.Nathan was very helpful. Took out prepaid plan good price and quick and easy to do.

My step-father, who recently passed away, had a pre-paid funeral plan with Distinct Cremations.
Maxine, our coordinator, was so caring and compassionate. She guided us and offered support from the time my step-father passed away, to the days leading up to his funeral.
She made a very sad and stressful time so much easier with her empathetic and kind support.

When my mother passed away in April at the age of 105, I turned to Distinct Cremations to take care of the arrangements. I had heard how caring and attentive they were, and they truly lived up to that reputation. Their communication was personal, sensitive and efficient, and every detail was handled with dignity and respect. It gave me peace of mind at a difficult time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Having this plan gave us the opportunity to hold a funeral for my husband of his choice. The coordinator, Maxine, was extremely helpful and caring at a very distressing time. I was given all the information I needed on the phone. The packs came quickly and also had a follow up phone call. All the callers were friendly and patient and understood all my concerns.

My Mum’s funeral was complicated and at a time when I was very low I phoned Distinct Cremations. I can honestly say that any worries I had were taken off my shoulders from the first phone call with a lady called Sarah. The whole process was dealt with empathy and kindness I can’t thank them enough.

I used Distinct Cremations back in March when my mother died and again recently when my dad died and I have to say apart from the prices being incredibly competitive, this service is exceptional. The person looking after me this time was Kerry and she was sympathetic, considerate, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly for me. I can't recommend Distinct Cremations enough.

From start to finish, the help and support over the phone when talking to various Distinct employees, the level of service was faultless. We are very grateful to all employees concerned, especially Alice and Kerry who were so helpful and nice.

Everything was great and Kerry in particular was perfect for me as the daughter navigating this process. Her emotional intelligence was exactly what was needed to pitch her support and personal interaction with me as an individual. Every other person encountered was lovely and supportive. We stuck with our mothers wishes but there are opportunities to add to the services etc but no hard sell, just options presented. Though unattended (as that is what my mum wanted) the personal touches that were part of what was already purchased were lovely. The option she chose took away the stress of a traditional cremation service and we are still having a wake to remember and celebrate her. Thank you Kerry and team x

Mum and I discussed this option and she paid for it ahead of time as she knew it was a terminal illness. I got copies of all the paperwork. When the day came it’s a simple phone call and then they make all the arrangements. You are kept updated and informed at each step. Even on the return of the ashes, they are supportive and friendly and open to questions.excellent

I used Distinct last year for my father's cremation. They made it all so simple with a friendly caring attitude that when my mother died this year I immediately chose them again. I wasn't dissapointed, great service as always.

Respectful and informative staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me time to reach a decision without being pestered with calls and emails. The price was acceptable and I was able to have a plan that met my needs
