I engaged with distinct cremations due to an unexpected death of a close family member. With no plan to follow and a feeling of shock, i was lucky to have my first enquiry answered by Maxine. Fully empathetic whilst engaging, Maxine took me through the options with no hard sale or pressure to make a decision. Upon making the decision on the type of service, a celebrant was put in touch with me. Maxine helped me with the order of service images giving valid feedback to ensure I was happy with the final product.
Jade the selected celebrant did a fantastic job of delivering my eulogy with compassion and kindness. Outside of anyone's control was the poor sound system of the crematorium; but this is not a reflection on Distinct Cremations.
The service went according to plan; even the weather was kind.
I would highly recommend this company to help you with what is probably one of the hardest events you ever need to plan. And to Maxine who took me through the whole process, i thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I was very pleased with the service I received. My purchase was made over a few short phone calls, including checking that I have understood everything, and if I wish to include anything further. I found the lady was friendly, helpful and charming.

Sharon took my call and was so helpful. She explained everything clearly and the process was efficient and Sharon was very friendly and patient with me.

So glad we chose Distinct. Every aspect from our first contact setting the plan up and following my mom’s passing was dealt with in a five star manner. All the team are a credit to Distinct especially Yasmin who was brilliant at her job. The Waseley Hills crematorium was beautiful and the small family led intimate service was perfect for mom’s final fair well. Would one hundred percent recommend this company.Full value for money. Thanks to all again at this sad time for us.

I highly recommend Distinct Cremations, from the very first phone call everyone was so kind and caring. Maxine helped us to arrange a family led service which was beautiful, and helped to make a very difficult time more bearable. My mother passed away at home. 4phone calls to find out when they were coming to collect my mother, given different times all the time.No dignity with this company at all. Cancelled the plan then had to wait 2 days for money to be refunded.If I could give -5 I would. BEWARE!!!

The services both Christopher and I received was outstanding from the time we made the call when my aunt passed away. Throughout the time and to the point when my aunt came home even thre driver was so sincere. Thank you.

Their customer service staff are excellent. I had a dedicated member of staff, Sarah Miller, who went over and beyond to reassure me. Everything was carried out with incredible efficiency and support. I had a bad experience with another direct cremation undertakers and appreciate so much the faultless care and support Distinct Cremation gave me.

The agent was clear about the benefits of the prepaid funeral plan, and offered us a reduction based on two of us taking out a plan.

It was very simple to do and the staff were very pleasant and professional. It’s nice to know that everything is sorted and the children won’t have to organise anything at their saddest time
