It was so easy to set up no issues at all and paying over 60 months great as you don’t miss the money. Also received courtesy call to see if paper work had arrived to my sister which is a nice touch these days.

Although l spent time thinking about a plan l kept putting it off as dying is not something we like to talk about even though one day it will happen.

Excellent Company had a fantastic lady Yasmin who helped and advised me through the process . The whole process from calling not long after my father in law passed away( no plan in place) and I had no clue what I was doing, Yasmin was excellent and made the stress go away. Very helpful, understanding, patient and accommodating. They were always on hand to answer any questions and always kept you up to date with any progress, times, dates and even where the cremation would take place.
They offer a good range of services from very simple to more extensive with lots of other options available too.
The delivery of the ashes was very respectful and the lady was smartly dressed and came in a smart, black private ambulance.
At Christmas, I received options to be able to buy urns, caskets etc, in regards to where my husband was cremated and a lovely touch of receiving a heart that could have a name written on it to hang anywhere was so touching and thoughtful.
I have been very impressed with Distinct Cremations and would definitely recommend and use again should the need arise.
