From my first email to Melissa to the arrival of the ring I was absolutely delighted with the process. It’s interesting that the ring was only part of the enjoyment for me, as the process was so fun! From the initial idea to the final design I was encouraged by the prompt and personable replies and the final product is a dream come true. Compared to buying from a high street shop I have to say that having Durham Rose produce the ring was far more enjoyable, personal, high quality and cost-effective. From the first appointment to the ring arriving, Melissa was truly amazing. Nothing was too much, she worked so hard to meet my budget and really listened to me. All communication was quick and easy, I couldn't have asked for anything more! The ring is more than I could have ever asked for. It is exactly what I had in my mind and it just blew me away. I can't thank everyone at Durham Rose enough, they have massively exceeded my expectations.

After weeks of an infuriating experience with Brilliant earth with having little coherent communication, I turned to Durham rose with only 2 weeks to turn around the perfect engagement ring.

From design to delivery I had the best experience in turning around this ring start to finish and could not fault them at all in the whole process!

Not only was it the perfect experience, but basing the design off of the previous jeweller I had tried to use I was able to create this bespoke ring to a higher quality for a better price!

Excellent experience designing and creating my ring. Faye was endlessly patient when we changed the centre stone half way through the process. The end result was really beautiful and well made.

Melissa was amazing at bringing to life the vague idea of what I wanted from the ring. It could not have come out any better and is something so personal to my fiancé and I. Melissa was so patient with all the editing and changing of the details of the ring and even though I had a tight deadline for when I was wanting to propose it was completed in time.

Natalie talked me the through the process and guided me when needed and educated me on diamonds allowing me to make an educated decision. This was something I was not familiar with and to be honest I was a little unsure doing everything online. However, the ring surpassed my expectations the craftmanship is second to none. This is truly a great experience and it has made it very personal as myself and my daughter help design it and I am looking forward to seeing my wife’s reaction on Christmas day. A huge thanks to Durham Rose and to Natalie for patience, guidance and expert advice.

Melissa was fantastic from start to finish, she was able to take the idea of the design that I wanted and make it fully realised. Any issue that I had during the design process was always addressed and if I ever needed to contact Melissa directly there was no issue at all. The amount of work she put in exceeded anything that I had expected. the level of customer service was amazing.

I couldn't have been happier with the service provided and the end product itself, it made someone very happy.

When I first contacted them I had a pencil sketch, but no prior knowledge of jewellery or rings. Melissa was very helpful and able to turn my vision into something that Durham Rose could make. She was also very patient as we worked to finalise the design details, which would have been a challenge given the unusual stone and geometry I had my heart set on.

The delivered ring is beautifully made and my fiancée loves it. She says that now she has seen it she couldn’t imagine anything different.

A brilliant company to work with for such a special occasion. From the outset Natalie, who I liaised with, was a brilliant designer, no idea was dismissed and she was always happy to edit the design regardless of how many times I changed my mind! We were slightly tight on time so every effort was made to make sure the ring arrived in time, which it did with 3 days to spare, and it was everything that I could have hoped for.

I got recommended by a friend and certainly wasn't disappointed. The staff were very friendly and understood what I wanted - that prior to engagement proposal was basically a design I'd done to show I'd put in the thought!

After getting engaged the super excited fiancee knew exactly what she was after, but not how to describe it! Although daunted (maybe stressed) by the design process, the staff really helped win her round with a friendly approach in showing options and discuss my fiancee's goals. After a number of tweaks (totally different from my original design) we left with exactly what my fiancee wanted. Natalie was a huge help, from designing to research and selection of exactly the right diamonds.

When getting the wedding band, it fitted perfectly to the engagement ring as we had specified... a great design job!

I honestly still look at the ring with pride, it's precious, unique, and the best bit - often commented on by others!

Durham Rose have done an amazing job in creating my partners engagement ring, we now have a truly unique and very detailed ring that has been perfectly translated from the finalised CAD models we approved a few week beforehand.

The design process was better than I imagined, we were not rushed in any way or pushed into settling on a design that wasn't everything we had asked for.
With the assistance of the skilled CAD team we were able to collaboratively work on the design such that we have the perfect ring for us and Durham Rose were able to feasibility manufacture with the level of detail we were looking for.

Would recommend to anyone looking to create a bespoke ring.

Melissa really listened to us and took onboard everything that we said we would like in our engagement ring. She guided us, suggested designs to us, and helped us to create a ring that we will treasure forever.

I now say that this engagement ring feels more like me, it is absolutely beautiful and the whole process was really enjoyable; we feel that we have invested ourselves in this ring so much more than just going into a shop and choosing one. Thank you!

I can't speak for everyone involved in the process here but when I madey enquiries I had the good fortune of speaking with a young lady called Natalie. She was beyond fantastic.

She put up with lots of strange and daft questions and redesigned things with me over and again to create the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé.

She was kind, attentive, informative and helpful and I was delighted with both the service she provided and the amazing ring she helped to make.
