Very efficent. Ordered on the Friday and it was here by the next Thursday and that was UK to Jersey. Very helpful staff. Grace was quick and efficent.

Having purchased 10 x Ecostrad IQ Ceramic Core Radiators, spending over £3K, just over 3 years ago, we've had 3 radiators break in the space of 4 months. Another one had broken previously too but this was replaced under warranty. Although the warranty is advertised as 10 years, on the front of the data sheets, it notes 2 years for electronics on the smaller print, which is what all the faults are. Having called Electric Radiators Direct so see whether these could possibly be repaired, you're politely informed that there's nothing to be done so they have to be scrapped. I expect the others to gradually fail soon now too. If the electronics are the main cause for faults, which seems to be the case from many online forums, then it's the 2 year warranty that should be prominent on the data sheets. The 10 year warranty is misleading and shouldn't be allowed. Do not purchase these radiators, you'll regret it!

My order was delayed twice so I decided to cancel it. The customer service and refund process is an absolute joke, I eventually got my money back but the company should be absolutely ashamed of itself for holding onto peoples money for as long as they did, refunding money back is a very simple and quick process, so there’s no excuse for not initiating the refund straight away. I was looking an alternative product but won’t be using this company and definitely would recommend them.

The customer service from Lauren and Jake was fantastic
I had some issues in the installation of my radiator as we didn’t find the instructions very clear after ordering / receiving delivery over the Christmas period. Despite our installation issues I have to commend the service provided, particularly by Lauren on the phone, it was fantastic in terms of helping with the problems and IMO showed that the company genuinely cared about what they’re doing

Radiator did not heat as described, return process was very painful the team were polite but unhelpful. Please review returns process before any purchase and think twice about using this company.

I bought four of their Haverland TT radiators some 10 years ago. (i know it's a while ago but you might find this interesting) Call them Rad1,Rad2, Rad3, Rad4. After about two months use, in the first winter after purchase, I noticed a drip of oil from Rad1. I phoned the company and they were brilliant. They sent a replacement, call it Rad5, and took Rad1 away. Next winter Rad2 developed the same type of leak. I phoned the company and they were brilliant. They sent a replacement, call it Rad6, and took Rad2 away. Now, 10 year down the line, I notice that Rad3 has developed the same leak. I won't call the company back as the radiator will be out of guarantee. So three out of six have developed the same type of leak. The problem is the awful welding. Imagine an aluminium extruded column, rectangular in cross section but with rounded corners. All the columns are in a line and are attached to each other at the top and bottom. The top attachments are fine. Now imagine Caps at the bottom of the columns. These bottom caps are welded to the extruded column. The welding is diabolical. It looks like it's been welded by an first year welding student and this is his (or hers) very first welding job. Every leak has been from these welded caps. So in summary - Excellent company but don't buy the Haverland TT models. Note - The review won't let me put my date as it was too long ago so I have put the earliest date allowed. Maybe the new ones have a better designed cap. If you do buy one of these then take a look at the cap welding on the bottom of the extrusions.

Radiator arrived late and damaged.
Poor customer service for an exchange or resolution and i eventually had to request a refund 4 times!
Do not touch this company if you want goods to arrive on time and in good condition! it took them almost 2 weeks to resolve this......

Order No 188056 Ecostrad ecowarme CHM 1000H TDI. Unit described as having 4 fixing points on website and manufacturer supplied instructions. Fact only 3, no good for a stud plaster board wall, this unit weighs 25.5 kgs. Informed adding extra fixing point would invalidate warranty. Return of unit agreed via FEDX pickup...today.....yes, you guessed it... they did not turn up. So the saga continues and a day of my life lost.

Unfortunately one of my radiators was clicking the company quickly replaced for a new one and organised collection of the old one. Hassle free excellent communication from start to finish

First Class company to deal with. Great products at great prices. Customer service is brilliant. I phoned to find out the best way to operate my heating system as a whole within the home. The information I was given has proved invaluable in heating my home in the most cost effective manner.
