I just want to say Lauren Britcher is a credit to the Norwich team she was fabulous, my son felt very comfortable with her in the assessment’s. I was in awe at how fantastic she is with children and how understanding, patient and compassionate she is.

Referral to feedback (diagnosis) took around 6months in total which I think is amazing! Still waiting for the report but I’m confident this will still come within the 6 weeks timeframe 😊 highly recommend! 5🌟

Great experience from my daughters recent Dyslexia Assessment. Cherry was really great, and did a number of assessments that really helped us to understand my daughters strengths as well as her literacy and processing challenges. Cherry explained everything to us and school are really pleased with the level of information and recommendations in the report. Cannot thank you enough - we now have answers and a plan to tackle GCSE's and beyond!!

Although the process of receiving a diagnosis can be somewhat tedious, everyone that dealt with me through the process was friendly and supportive which made things as easy as they could possibly be. Thank you.

Very professional, my daughter and I were made to feel at ease and comfortable in the assessment. We were talked through everything that would happen and after.
Sarah and Stacey were lovely and helpful. My daughter after the assessment spoke how comfortable she was around Stacey and had nothing but praise.

The portal is easy to use and follow.

At the follow up assessment, everything was explained and was told what help is available and where to find it, along with booklets and an email with all the information on autism.

After years of waiting for our son to be assessed we choose nhs right to choose and cannot fault evolve services at all they were kind and compassionate, understanding and best of all spoke to our child and family with respect and was nothing but helpful to us.

I felt respected and listened to at all times. Friendly and professional staff made the experience a positive one for me.

Using Evolve has been amazing, Everything was done with the upmost care and empathy. All of the professionals we came in to contact with were lovely and put you at ease straight away. It was way quicker than going through cahms.

Evolve have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I met a lady in their Exeter branch for my first session (apologies I cannot recall the name). This First Lady was absolutely brilliant and so professional, kind and easy to speak to. She made me feel very at ease.
Then for the second session I had a video call with Diane.
Diane was also absolutely exceptional. I was over the moon at Diane’s kindness and professional approach, also super friendly and easy to speak to.
Would hesitate to use Evolve again and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was blown away by how easy the whole process was from start to finish. The initial assessment was 6 months earlier than had been predicted, which really helped as it came within 2 weeks of my daughter starting high school.
Hannah was really patient with our daughter and cut short the assessment when she started becoming anxious and wanted to end the assessment.
Elaine really listened when I was talking about our daughter’s life timeline, her questions were well thought out and made the whole process easier to manage in what is a stressful time.
The results were back a week or 2 earlier than planned and again Elaine was really helpful and supportive.
The ease at which this was all executed has really made the entire process a positive experience, and plans are now in place at school, all within the first half term of high school.
