The people I met and spoke to were really kind and understanding, listened to my concerns as a mother and made my daughter feel at ease The whole process from the start to finish was easy to navigate and extremely professional , i would 100% recommend Evolve

Whole assessment from start to end was quick and we didn’t have to wait long via the Right2Choose pathway. I would recommend the Norfolk team. Not had the report yet so can’t comment on that. The online meeting videos never worked but we managed with audio/static images.

From start to finish did not have a good experience. Lack of communication, very hard to actually speak with anyone, delayed assessment process due to lack of communication and cancellations, recommendations in the report were vague, process very long took 10 months!
Only positive was when dissatisfaction was voiced the team leader made contact and was very helpful.

Amazing service. Joanne & Charlotte were brilliant with my son, very helpful and friendly. Finally got his diagnosis after years of fighting for him. Give me loads of advice , so i could help him to.Nice comfortable office in Newcastle. Would recommend Evolve to anyone.

Excelled service. Billy was amazing, he went through everything from birth up until today. The lady who assessed my son was lovely and really understanding when he was struggling. We have had a positive outcome and they've made some great suggestions moving forward for my son and for us all as a family.

Absolutely Amazing company cannot fault them. They were very professional with my son who was extremely anxious.The wait times are amazing only took 4 months from start to finish until we got a diagnosis .Excellent keep doing what your doing.

Whilst the onsite consultations were excellently managed and the staff were personable and professional, we had issues with online meetings… on one occasion left for 35 minutes for the representative from evolve to join the call we had waited some time for.

When receiving the diagnosis, we had another child’s name on the document. This was very disappointing and concerning.

Initally I didn't know what to expect with the experience and procedure of getting a diagnosis for my child but the whole experience was smooth and unrushed, each choice or decision was explained to me throuroughly and the staff were very patient and understanding when I had any questions and were also polite and nice to talk to.

Upon getting the diagnosis they gave me time to take in the news and walked me through how and why they came to this conclusion, they also provided methods and information afterwards on how to deal/manage with the diagnosis and what could help in the future as my daughter is going into University. Would highly recomend if you are looking for a stress free and smooth path to take when searching for a diagnosis.

Neela Bagri was superb! She was very thorough and answered any questions we had. Rachel who did my daughter’s assessment was very good (my daughter said) Neela was very quick to respond to emails and I can not fault her work from start to finish!

The whole process was professional, personable and thorough. Although we started out with a different contact, we finished up with Katy Boden & her communication has been superb. Katy put my daughter at ease in a new and unique situation that was challenging for her but she came away from it feeling positive and I’m grateful for that. Now we have a diagnosis, I feel supported with where we go from here and feel confident that should we need any further support the team would be available. Thank you for your support, your knowledge and for helping me better understand my child.

Took a long time to get help for my son finally we was referred to Evolve and I can not fault them .. they are so lovely to talk to and make you feel at ease .. wasn’t easy for them to get hold of sons school but they kept trying and we finally got answers for my son. Can not thank them enough x
