Had great communication with Fahren representatives after our tap got sent back by the postage company, they were really helpful and got a replacement to us as soon as possible. Whatsapp messaging that they respond to in good time all week. Thank you again :)

The Fahren 4-in-1 hot water tap is a great product with reliable performance and a stylish design. Delivery was fast, packaging secure, and installation went smoothly. It's a good alternative to pricier brands like Quooker. While the childproof hot water handle is slightly awkward to use, overall I'm pleased and would recommend Fahren UK.

I bought the mushroom coloured one. It looks really nice. I have used for bang bang broccoli thy came out nice. I also brushed some oil on small samosas and thy were crunchy. So good all round. If you are looking for a small cute looking airfryer. This is a good bet imo.

Not really an airfryer. It doesn't seem to cook evenly. Takes a lot longer to cook than regular airfryers and the temperature only goes up to 185 degrees. Definitely wouldn't recommend or buy again. Sent a message to customer service over a week ago and heard nothing.

Ordered the filters with out any problems and were delivered with out any delays

Received my glass air fryer, very nice.

I ordered a replacement filter. This was quick and easy with prompt delivery.

A few quibbles with the service though that they can easily sort:
* I paid for next day delivery, on a Friday, it arrived the following Tuesday;
* After the confirmation of purchase I received nothing, rang on Tuesday morning to be told it wd be delivered that day (it was) and that I shd have received text updates. I hadn't;
* Product arrived without installation and use instructions, had to ring and ask. Was told they were on the website, I looked and found - eventually!;
* No sign of a guarantee either, on ringing was told my confirmation of purchase was my guarantee. That's fair enough but nowhere does it mention this on my guarantee.

It is the healthiest option I could find.

I'm interested in buying a Kelen & Willian Air Fryer as it offer safer Teflon free glass cooking pot but can't find any reviews. Has anyone bought one?

The Kelvin Brushed Nickel 3 in 1 tap is great value for money. Does the same jobs as the more expensive taps.

Had a great experience with Fahren Uk. We purchased a black 4 way tap. The process was seamless, the tap was delivered promptly and fitted efficiently. Purchasing the 4 way tap, has definitely made my morning coffee more enjoyable, those extra minutes in the morning are a plus. Will definitely be using Fahren for further purchases.

Fahren UK offers a solid range of products at decent prices, and their deliveries are prompt. The 4-in-1 tap is generally good, providing both hot and cold filtered water effectively. However, it has some drawbacks, including an occasional drip and a hot water release knob that can be tricky. While it serves its purpose and is made well, the tap can be uncomfortable to use, particularly for those with arthritis. Overall, it's a satisfactory choice but not without some minor issues.

I purchased a brushed nickel 4 in 1 K&W package direct from the site. The tap arrived very promptly and all good. I thought I had a problem with the fitting through the granite but after speaking with the team they helped me and I then realized my work surface wasn't quite right. I then sorted that (no issue with the tap at all). Then it was quite straight forward to fit and it works perfectly and looks great. Very good customer service, thank you

I would have given 5* if I didn’t have to chase up by calling to send replacement tank
Also the old tank is heavy for me to take to a post office! Home collection arrangement would have been very helpful in my case.
