This is another dishonest law firm. I was trespassed and assaulted in my home twice by pigs from the Covington Police Department as well as the Sheriff's Dept. I was ignored by every lawyer in Memphis as well as Tipton County. I know I have a case because both Cochran and Crump also told me they couldn't help me and to contact the bar for a lawyer as soon as possible. The Tn bar is absolutely filled with corrupt lawyers as well so I wouldn't get help from them. This is because I was beaten and injured by pigs for no reason. Then they lied on me. I had no criminal history yet they lie always and say the victim they beat assaulted them. I never thought I would state this but we need to defund these police. Anyway, because so many lawyers are involved in my racketeering, there isn't one that will help. Morgan and Morgan is terrible. I called them twice and they ignored me. The first case, I hired Barney Witherington and that liar wanted me to plead no contest. I would later learn that this lawyer was involved in the setup of the police beating with William Peeler. There was a theft of about 200K of timber from my farm by the former sheriff, Witherington, and Michael Turner. He had also sent a team of CIs to steal my ID and LLC. He had set up the entire trespass, assault, and ransacking and wanted me to claim I was temporarily insane. You don't have to be smart to know that this was terrible malpractice. i refused and set about to look for a lawyer to help me because this fraud only intended harm for me. The second time he and William Peeler had me fraudulently arrested, Milfred Eckel was represented me initially. I suspected he was involved with Witherington. He had intentionally botched a several previous cases. I believe the opposing lawyers cut him into the mineral royalty theft with Turner. This lawyer was also pals with the sheriff that was involved in the timber theft. i wanted the body cam because I knew had assaulted me and taken me somewhere to torture me. My boyfriend had just returned from the hospital and couldn't walk so the pigs left him here alone! They would kill him in a facility in two months. I fired Eckel and hired a Memphis lawyer. I paid him 25K to get the body cam. Suddenly William Peeler resigned and appointed Eckel as judge. Then they dismissed the charges but made a bunch of demands on me. The lawyer knew all this but wanted to steal 25K from me as a flat fee payment. He knew the the frauds would dismiss the charge as they were colluding with Eckel, the new judge. Tennessee bar is full of liars and murderers. There was no lawyer that would help and that includes the bar. They avoid me and don't answer.

I am writing to express our concern with how our case was handled

I am writing to express my disappointment in the handling of our case by your firm. While we entered into this agreement fully understanding the contingency fee arrangement, we also did so based on the strong marketing and assurances that your firm would manage all aspects of the case professionally and thoroughly. Unfortunately, that was far from our experience.

To be candid, I feel compelled to share the following concerns:
1. Lack of Communication: We were rarely updated on the status of our case. We routinely had to initiate contact to gain even a basic understanding of what was happening.
2. Poor Responsiveness: Getting a call back from your office was inconsistent at best. There were times we waited days, sometimes longer, for even the most basic updates.
3. Misleading Assurances: One of the core reasons we chose your firm was the representation that you would “handle everything.” In reality, that claim was either grossly misleading or entirely untrue.
4. Failure to Obtain Medical Documentation: Your team was unable to retrieve medical bills from our hospital visits—one of the most fundamental tasks in a case of this nature. We ended up having to do that ourselves, and even then, the process was made more difficult due to the lack of support from your side.
5. Unresolved Bills: After nearly a year, we felt worn down by the process and simply accepted the final negotiated outcome. Yet we are still left with more than $5,000 in outstanding bills that were never addressed or resolved.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to consider working with a local attorney who can truly manage the details and provide consistent communication—something that, in my opinion, was clearly not your firm’s strength.

We entered into this relationship with the belief that we would be supported and that your firm had both the expertise and commitment to advocate for us. Sadly, we leave it feeling disappointed and underserved.

I wish I would have read reviews beforehand. Only talked to attorney once and after 3 months I get a letter that they have decided not to represent me. I have tons of medical bills, I am a senior citizen. I wasnt given a reason why. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, dont trust them.

Morgan and Morgan took my case Nobody is still a nobody

Morgan and Morgan took my case, sent me to their Dr and to their therapist. Made all the decisions about my treatment and therapy. This was back in Oct and November of 2024, never once talked to any attorney only case workers. Now in May of 2025, they tell me I have no case, as there was never an MRI test taken and my therapy should still be ongoing for a minimum of 10 months. They controlled all of those actions; they even made all the appointments and scheduled everything they said I needed. Now out of nowhere I do not have enough bills for a case. So the pawn me off to a subcontractor who reviews the case and agrees. Morgan and Morgan was my attorney; they set the outline for me to follow and now I do not have a case because they dropped the ball? Face it they only want the big money cases. A nobody is still a nobody to them unless he brings in big money for them. Do not waste your time if you are just a small-time case. Go find a real attorney who will work with you and talk you through your case. Talk about false advertising, nobody is a nobody. Ha Ha ha ha ha

If you’re looking for a law firm that…will work hard this ain’t it ! Firefighter 25 plus…

If you’re looking for a law firm that only takes cases a third year old could get the same outcome, you have found your place. If it’s mal practice, forget it , don’t call! Waste of time. They advertise they have the money to take on the big cases, well, they told me they didn’t!
Went to a dermatologist. Doctor came in. No problems, said get dressed. She left leaving One guy in the room all doctor dressed . I remember a spot I wanted below my right eye. I told the guy to get the doctor and he says oh I can handle this. He reaches for the machine but forgot about all the files in his left hand, they start to fall, he tries to catch them and pokes me with the laser machine. Folks through the state investigation on this case , they flung , Doctor dude WAS A STUDENT ! A student left unattended with a patient, an no no right there. I’m still scarred in a major way, can’t see any but halos out of right eye, and vertigo.. lots more …..
Contacted Mr Morgan , figuring no problems, with all my pictures and blog, whole right side of face is blood pooled and a major puncture matching the laser tip . The case seems open and shut, even by mal practice and negligence. What about abandonment ? They wouldn’t see me to fix it ! Ok , Mr Morgan , I have been a firefighter, medic, ranger , and police . I’ve been a firefighter/ medic for over 25 years. I help people no matter what it takes. I cannot discriminate. Your people , whom are like talking to a call center in??? we’re not friendly. I did not get to talk to a lawyer as I think you promise? I wait a few days to hear every excuse why you can’t take the case , but the one that stuck out in my mind was, it just too expensive. Don’t you promise to have the funds for the big companies? I guess not . You said you couldn’t? I sit in court rooms as a witness, 2-3 times a month . I know the system. I know how hard it is to win but I hardly ever loose bc I fight for those people. I don’t get to pick. I’m just asking for a little help, as you promise? But you can’t win if you don’t enter . I’m just a public servant that needs help. No one gives a crap about us and we notice it ! Unless they are dying, then things change! Mr Morgan , I’m embarrassed at the scar and just keep gettin no ! Do I have to live with this deformed face forever with no repercussions to the doctors. Looks like it so far? The doctor at waters edge won’t see me. Long scam story. Waters edge dermatologist are laughing bc they know y’all won’t come after them . Frustrating! What if I get on scene of a bad mva? I say, oh I don’t want that case. Or when I go in a 2000 degree fully engulfed to get a two year old and a dog? Or just the dog ? So the dog has better protection than the firefighters rescuing him? We just do the job , just like you preach . We always think in our time of need, people would help us it never crossed our minds, Mr Morgan , you wouldn’t answer that call ! We very rarely ask for help, pride thing, but I did and not the turnout I expected.

They have a ton of commercials

They have a ton of commercials, very convincing but worthless. When a person hurts his foot at a therapy
spot and then develops an infection and the beginning
of osteomylitis and is told he may lose his foot and then his leg, was alarming. Then in the hospital for a week, with a ton of vancomycin and two surgeries, and, luckily released with instructions to take an antiobiotic for 6 weeks and change the dressing every day for 6 weeks and them hold my breath in hopes it would improve was not worth Alondra and M&M's time. My leg and foot was not of concern to a
so called law firm that stresses the importance of personal injury and medical malpractice. It was truly
a horrible experience that took almost an hour. Shame on you!!!! Just received a response from Morgan & Morgan and what a croc of bovine scatolgy these people have. What chutzpah! They instill no confidence nor a modicum of professionalism in their so-called "process." Thank the Lord I found a reputable law firm that honors its word and is trully committed. I would never use this amateurish firm again.

I watch your commercial about how you fight for the people. My daughter in law was hit in a car accident. You accepted the case - the guilty party had collision insurance. Your firm made a half hearted effort towards the case, communicated poorly and dropped the case with little fight or explanation. Very disappointed in the representation she received.

Horrible experience with using Morgan…

Horrible experience with using Morgan and Morgan. Was involved in a car crash where a tractor-trailer pulled out in front of me totaled my car but, I only had liability insurance on my vehicle so, I hired Morgan and Morgan and all they were concerned with was my personal injuries which was minimal about a year later I took a settlement for $35,000 from the tractor-trailer insurance company. But, I only walked away with $4400 after all their attorney junk fees and they didn't help me at all with my vehicle damage to my car which was totaled and I got zero dollars for the vehicle I would have been better off just dealing with the tractor trailer insurance co.
Absolutely the worst experience ever.

I was in an auto accident on April 7

I was in an auto accident on April 7, 2025, Morgan and Morgan started working on the case but in two weeks I get a call from the case manager telling me they can not get any money for my injuries to my spine. The case manager was unprofessional by telling me you have to live with the pain and I am wondering if I can sue them for the unprofessional behavior. This case manager said the lady who hit me had no body damage on her insurance but when I had liability I had body damage so I feel the case manager did not want to do a thing for my case. This case manager does not deserve her job if she going to be unprofessional in it.

I had great hope's and expectation's that crashed! May 2024

May 2024, I enlisted the professional services of Morgan & Morgan. They accepted my case because of a finger amputation,(Osteomyletis) and assured me that I had nothing to worry about with their professional's on my case. I filled out the necessary form's for them to do their job's effectively. By January 2025, they were calling me asking me to fill out more duplicate form's for the V.A.! They screwed my case up so bad, that I actually wished that I had went to another Attorney. The excuses I received were, "We couldn't find your Cousin's Insurance Policy because he was a Former Federal Prison Guard with "BLACKED OUT INFORMATION!" The next excuse I heard was that there wasn't enough money on my Cousins' Home Insurance Policy for it to be worth their while! There is nothing personal here, just my 1st and last experience this Law Firm that claims thing's that they????? "I actually believed in them!" Now I don't!

Morgan and Morgan for the people that's a joke for the money more like it and only if it's big bucks I had the pleasure of dealing with scatter brain summer and and attorney foot I tripped on city maintained sidewalk and saw stars I ended up going to the er they said I had a fractured skull well I got in touch with anyway I tried to stay in touch couldn't get them to call me back summer went so far as to say when they would be filing with the city then I finally got a hold of her replacement no surprise she was replaced foot should go too anyway they come up with so lie about I didn't send pictures we discussed them anyway a few months later they sent a letter dropping my case think I will send a letter to the board that oversees attorneys at their worst gotta go I get angry every time i think about the way I was treated

M&M or Posner & Cords stupidity

our slip/fall case was turned over to Posner and cord have done nothing in the last year. I wish President Trump could teach them a lesson. It's not fair for someone to lose out on money they could use for medical issues. Now its too late for someone else to take the case. Karma will prevail. They will understand what we have gone thru one day when they themselves have been hurt.

After 7 months Morgan and Morgan…

After 7 months Morgan and Morgan decided my claim wasn’t worth their efforts. Now because of the delay in filing no one will accept the case. Not because it’s not valid but because they carried it so long and dropped it. The attorney who was handling it no longer works for. M&M.
Clearly not at fault for this accident ( witnessed by highway patrolman) guess for the people only applies to how much they can get.

Still waiting for my settlement

SO HERE WE ARE ONCE AGAIN. I HAD A MEETING WITH MY LAWYER WALEED RISHEQ.FEBRUARY 27, 2025.WHO WORKS FOR MORGAN AND MORGAN..NEEDLESS TO SAY IT DIDN'T GO WELL. I ASKED FOR SOME PARTICULARS. AFTER I HAD TIME TO THINK . I SENT HIM A EMAIL STATING THAT I HAD CHANGED MY MIND AND THAT I WANTED THEM TO JUST TAKE CAR OF MY LIENS AND I WOULD TAKE CARE OF ANY OUTSTANDING BILLS. I HAVE CALLED AND SENT A FEW EMAILS TO NO AVAIL.HE DIDN'T RESPOND MY REQUEST AT ALL. SO I PAYED. THE OFFICE A VISIT THIS MORNING. I WAS TOLD THAT HE WAS STILL WORK ON OUTSTANDING LIENS. WHEN I WAS TOLD THERE WASN'T ANYMORE. I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE THE OFFICE . I WAS TOLD THAT HE WASN'T GOING TO WORK ON MY SETTLEMENT BECAUSE HE HAD MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO . UNLESS THIS IS HOW MORGAN AND MORGAN TREATS THEIR CLIENTS. AND NOW IT HAS BEEN 2 1/2 MONTHS SINCE MY SETTLEMENT. AND THEY HAVE BEEN PAID. BUT I HAVE TO WAIT BECAUSE THEY HAVE MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO... I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE GOING THROUGH THIS.... THANKS FOR NOTHING MORGAN AND MORGAN

My adult daughter was traveling in…

My adult daughter was traveling in another state when she was hit by a car, in a crosswalk, on a green light, by a fully insured motorist, caught on camera by the police, and severely injured. When I called Morgan and Morgan all the person who answered could ask me was, “how badly is she hurt? We need to know how badly she’s hurt. Does she have a spinal injury? If so, how bad is it?.“ I kept trying to explain that she was still in the ER that I wanted them to take over immediately, but I could not get a response. I had to call someone else. I was very, very upset and very disappointed in a company that I assumed was great.

I tried to give zero stars!!!

The company is trash to put it lightly. I spend 3 months with them on a dog bite incident and am told they are no longer representing me. I feel it's because my case is not LARGE ENOUGH. BEWARE!!!!

Morgan & Morgan is FAKE!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Your company is the worst I have ever dealt with! You show the ads talking about the little guy and "No Body is a No Body" and that is all a smoke screen! I experienced more frustration dealing with Morgan & Morgan than dealing with the accident itself.
How can you say that every case is important when my first call to Morgan & Morgan was on 2/4 and I just got to talk to my assigned attorney(Christina Vinson) TODAY 2/24 (20 days later)!!
And to add insult to injury, when I asked for my case to released from Morgan & Morgan, Christina happily said yes and email me a letter stating that Morgan & Morgan HAS REGRETFULLY DECLINED REPRESENTATION!
SHE MADE NO EFFORT TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!
