I found the tests and clinical notes to be extremely helpful on my longevity journey. I am a very active person and I am dedicated to my nutrition, so it was helpful to have some baseline data to support and guide my journey.

Great service
I appreciate being able to get needed lab work at a reasonable price. I like the AI features & appreciate the summary provided by a provider. My only issue is that my personal doctor is not familiar with many of these tests and what to do with the information.

The lady just gas lit me the entire…
The lady just gas lit me the entire time and never contributed an actual solution. It’s still an on going issue so as much money as I pay I feel a little more entitled to better customer service.
Outside of never being able to utilize the app because of this issue, I think this is a wonderful company doing a great thing for people who have a firm grasp on their own health and don’t really need a primary care physician at this point in their life.

Function Health Annual review
In general satisfied with initial and mid year tests and biomarkers provided. I live in a rural area and had to drive 2 hours for a Quest blood draw site. AI chat added midyear to the website was helpful in recommending supplements . Moving forward I feel I can do limited testing for out of range biomarkers elsewhere for more reasonable cost. without all the bells and whistles of the annual renewal. Removing my yearly auto renewal seems to be more of a process than it should be
