No response or easy way to contact for help.
Signed up with gophr in maybe 2024 having completed all my application successfully and then asked to pay £25 for my dbs which was successful only to have countless emails ignored and zero responses to help to get me started on the app.

The service was first class
The service was first class, I would definitely use Wickes delivery again. Ordered wood in store around 12 noon and delivery was before 2pm. I was kept up to date and the driver was very friendly and helpful!

Really surprised by such a good experience
Really happy with the prompt arrival of the courier (Marcos) He was so friendly and helpful. I wasn't expecting to get such good service outside of central London. Very good value for money too.

First time using Wickes Rapid Delivery which is locally completed by Gophr. The courier - Craig - was excellent. The goods arrived well within the timeframe and he was friendly, professional and courteous. Based on this experience, I would definitely use again. 5/5
