Everything was fine up until delivery

Everything was fine up until delivery, delivery driver told my wife to help him and she to leave our 1 year old child in the house or he wouldn’t be delivering the grass. Ridiculous

Resposta da Grass247

Good Morning,

Thank you for taking the time to highlight your concerns. We are sorry to hear that you were left feeling disappointed with our delivery service.

Our deliveries are made by a single driver and assistance may be required when unloading heavier items. As well as on our website, this information is also included in our dispatch emails and within our Terms and Conditions, a link to which is provided in your order confirmation.

We understand how frustrating it can be and we appreciate the inconvenience this may have caused. We continually review our delivery service and look for opportunities to improve.

A member of our Customer Care team will contact you to discuss your experience further and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Kind regards
Kerry

Easy lay

It all came in good condition and we just had to roll out, trim and peg down. Easy peasy. Very happy.
