Straightforward transaction. The product we bought was to tidy up a piece of land behind a commercial unit. Therefore, cost was a factor and the product we bought was at the cheaper end of the scale. Very happy with our choice and the help from Grass247.

I read previous reviews of one man delivery but the guy was able to pick up the grass and bring it in by himself so 10/10 for when booking the service, how quick the delivery was and the quality . Overall im very happy with grass247

Communication of Delivery was step by step and on time.
We ordered the Balcombe Vale 37mm because of its softness underfoot.

Deliver driver delivered grass into passage way, wouldn’t take it down the back lane (ample room) and dropped the grass onto water supply causing major leak. Now the company is taking ZERO accountability. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

After emailing, there also now seems to be no contact whatsoever.

Overall, a fantastic company to deal with. The team were extremely responsive, both over the phone and via email, and their customer service was excellent.

I also returned some underlay which had been opened but was never used. As soon as it arrived back at their warehouse, the refund was processed and the money was back in my account the following day, which was brilliant.

We ordered the Amalfi 47mm Artificial Grass and are extremely happy with it. The quality is fantastic and it feels very soft underfoot. We originally purchased underlay to go underneath it but decided it wasn't necessary, as the grass itself was already soft and child-friendly.

The only reason I've deducted one star is due to the delivery experience. It took 6 working days for our order to arrive and, when it did, the adhesive was missing. I was advised that I could either wait another 3–5 working days for the adhesive to arrive or purchase it elsewhere, so I ended up sourcing it separately.

Aside from the delivery issues, I can't fault Grass 24/7. The product itself is excellent and the customer service team were fantastic throughout. I would happily use them again.

Ok looking product - shortchanged in size.
Misinformation from customer services who say that the products are cut using laser guidance but think that you should order 10% oversize to accommodate cutting tolerances.
Ordered a piece of artificial grass measuring 1mx5m but received an off cut that was 1m wide at one end and tapering off from about the halfway point to a size that was around 30-40mm short. The back of the roll has a small grid on it so it’s difficult to cut an an angle unless you are a complete novice or a moron.
Grass24/7 did apologise and offered to replace the item on the basis that it had been unused but I was also made to believe that this was somehow my mistake as I should have made an allowance of +1% in line with uk measuring tolerance . Grass24/7 informed me that the 1% tolerance on an 1 m wide roll equated to 100mm and as such I should have selected a size measurement of 1100mm wide when order.
Absolutely wrong and astonishing that this compare still in business as they are unable to work out the basics.

Grass was delivered i contacted them to advise that once laid there was a slice missing on the 5mtre width on 1 end of the roll they have asked for pictures they have asked again and again i have explained that it was a 1 off purchase and i can ill afford to have a new piece re laid again (NOT THAT THEY HAVE OFFERED) they had the insult to offer me £30 as a GOODWILL GESTURE I kindly refused this as I think an insult NOT heard from them for over a week Lack of communication feeling Very let down such a shame
