Thanks for leaving us a review, we're sorry to hear you haven't received your order. Your order was shipped on 11/03/24 so it's very unusual this hasn't reached you.
After looking at the tracking info, no updates have been provided since the dispatch date indicating that this has likely been lost in transit.
We will send this tracking info across in a separate email for you and details on arranging either a replacement or refund.
Once again, we're very sorry about this issue and any inconvenience it's caused you.
Postage excessive
I had to arrange postage for a couple of keys to a friend in London who was coming down to Australia as the postage for those same keys to Australia was £25!
If you are going to sell internationally please do better. Also the tracking never got updated. Again pointless to offer it if you are not going to keep it updated.

Thanks for leaving us a review, we're sorry for any disappointment caused by the delivery cost and tracking information.
Currently we use a flat rate delivery cost but this is certainly something we can look into changing going forward.
We'll also look into amended the delivery service, currently small items are sent on a service where an update is only provided by the courier once the parcel has been marked as delivered.
We'll be keeping both these points in mind when looking into future improvements.

Carry Pouch for D1000
Prompt delivery, carry pouch for D1000 does the job, as the downside of such a secure lock is, it's fairly big. On balance though - one would rather still have the bike than have it stolen !

Long delivery time, not what I paid for
I ordered the Airlok fixing kit with 4 plugs and screws. It took more than 2 weeks for my order to arrive. It finally arrived, and there was only 1 screw in the package instead of 4. What am I supposed to do with only 1 screw?

Great Value for Money
Great Value for Money. Hopefully, the strength of this lock won't be tested in real time. But based on the many angle cutting tests I found on YouTube, the Hiplok was the best value around (other than spending £150 more for a Litelok).

Easy to order and kept well informed on dispatch and delivery. Product looks well made and option to register in order to get spare keys a useful addition. Waiting for better weather to ride my bike and actually assess real world performance.

ANKR mount is incredible !
I purchased the ANKR mount to secure my ebike at home. I am very impressed with how it securely mounted to my deck. It would take an EXTREME effort to remove this. Combined with a secure lock any potential thief would most likely move on to an easier target. Well done Hiplok on a great product.

shipping was super fast and the hiplok lite is great quality. I see myself using this a lot. I kind of wish it was just a few links longer to lock in more versatile places, but I see myself getting a lot of use out of this.

good chain. love these loop type chains and the rings are quite big enough for any type of U/D lock that you may want to use for added safety
