Do not buy anything from them!!! Because if you want to return item, you will not get your money back or any response. Fake email, does't answer the phone or reply to messages. Worst customer service.

My order took a couple of weeks to appear. When it arrived it was the wrong colour. I emailed them immediately asking them to send a replacement and how to return the item but I've heard absolutely nothing from them and that was 3 weeks ago!

What a shame, great products but terrible customer services and a total lack of communication.
Ordered with a 3-5 day delivery and three weeks later, no product or communication. To make a success of their business they really need to get to grips with this side of the business or they are going to fail miserably as they are now.

I saw all the negatives here but then found they have good ratings on Etsy. Weird. So I gave them a go.
The actual product (stair rail) was delivered pretty much as estimated, but it was 10cm shorter than we'd ordered. Because of time constraints we made it work, but shorter was a few pounds cheaper, so I emailed explaining and asking for a refund of the difference. Per other reviews here ... No response at all.
If you use them assume you will get no actual customer service.

Admittingly the company is not great at keeping customers updated about their orders. HOWEVER the items are absolutely chic & my enquiry was dealt with directly via WhatsApp rather than via email. Prices are very reasonable & they invite customers to make an offer!!! It is NOT a scam! Give them a break because it’s worth it. Image of delivery available

My stair rail turned up really quickly. One of the poles was scratched (delivered as 4 x separate poles). So I sent photo of stair rail and scratched pole to say I have had to install as needed In an emergency as my dad is living with me and struggling using stairs. Kept in touch with me throughout on Etsy and have now received replacement pole. Happy with service and the quality of the rail is a modern look, and importantly providing safety for my dad :)

Is this company a scam?

My gut says yes, based on the volume of negative reviews here.

We made an order on Jan 31 with an estimated shipping date of 3-5 working days, which is one of the reasons I decided to order.

It is now Feb 23, and I have received one message to say my order is complete and was being shipped 'this week' - which is now 9 days ago. I have messaged several times since with no reply.

Perhaps this is an indie business struggling to process the volume of orders, but the lack of customer contact doesn't create much confidence.

Happy to update this post if the finished product arrives and is good quality, but the experience so far has not been enjoyable. When will this arrive? Do I cancel? Can I cancel? Do I order elsewhere?

We'll see!

UPDATE: The product eventually turned up after 30 days and is.. pretty good. No instructions, but fairly simple to figure out and is holding up well so far. This company needs to work on its customer process since the (slick) website suggests a different experience to the one you receive, which is more akin to that you’d expect of a solo business or local craft maker.

I don’t think the poor reviews here are fair. Perhaps the person running the company is not the most organised or contactable, but he is not a crook. I found messaging via Etsy was most effective. My order took longer than expected but did arrive and I’m very happy with it - I was happy to wait given that it was about a third of the price of competitors. A small issue was resolved very promptly and I would most definitely use the company again. Happy to support an independent company trying its best.

It looks like this company is also linked to Racksflex who i placed my order with. They haven't replied to emails and its been 3 weeks since I placed my order. I'm hoping I'm proved wrong but I think they are scammers and so have set up another company because of these bad reviews.

Oh no I wish i had read these reviews i have been emailing and messaging all week since my order placed on Saturday 9th December i had promises that it would be dispatched this week then tomorrow etc but still nothing and now i’m trying to rearrange my DIY person againnn as i’ve had no update stillllll!!!!

Total crooks - ordered an 80cm clothes rail, when it arrived it was wider than 80cm so didn't fit the space we had, emailed them to ask for a refund and no replies despite sending repeated emails, all within the 30 day return policy timeframe. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered 6 legs that turned up ok but I’d ordered the wrong size. Tried to contact them to return and replace for correct size. No response. I was ina rush so ordered 6 more of the correct size but only 4 turned up. Now I can’t return the original legs and am missing 2 of the correct legs. No response to emails, no one answers the phone and no one responds to WhatsApp messages. Customer service is no existent so I’d advise not using this company.

I ordered this industrial pipe towel rack about a month ago. They started to rust before I could even mount them. I’ve emailed support 3 different times to return the item, no responses at all. And now I’m here! Please get in touch so I can return this item please.

I ordered something in mid October 2023 and have been sending emails and calling their shop number with no answer or reply to my enquiry as to when my order is shipping. Despite the fact their website is active and will take online orders, I suspect the business has closed down and they're likely just taking your money.
I hope I'm proved wrong.

7 Nov 2023 - Despite no replies to my queries, I received an email on 5th November to say my order was on its way, and today I received it. I ordered the Telmar Free Standing Rack in Dark Grey / Raw and that's what I received. It was easy to put together. I'm glad I was proved wrong from my original review above.

I ordered a product in mid September. I have emailed them several times about an update. I was told my product was being shipped ‘next week’ 2 weeks ago but have had no further information. I have taken to try and calling but no one picks up.
Will be trying to get my money back. Terrible customer service and no product.

AVOID AT ALL COST.

Ordered the clothing rails, but the products looked nothing like the photos on their website. The product quality is very poor, colors were uneven, patchy and dirty - full of dusts. They also sent the wrong product. I've requested for white but they arrived in greyish black. It's been more 10 days since I wrote to them and request for a refund, but no response so far despite chatting on their site, emailing, calling or whatsapping.

I don't usually leave reviews like this but they left me with no choice as I'm not able to contact them at all. Hopefully this review will help others and avoid the same mistake.

Should have figured and stopped the order as it was even hard to get in touch with them in the first place when I was trying to make an order. The customer service is terrible and not worth the time and money.
