Quality product. Looks spot on.

I’ve ordered three racks on the 16 August and had no confirmation email or a response to two messages about the rails! But they happily took 505 out of my account! Bit worried they won’t show up!

Surprise surprise … got an email after this review! I have responded with I would like a refund as i don’t even think they will show up based on other reviews and I’ve asked for a refund and had no response! I’ve raised a dispute with the bank so will see how this ends!
Will wait to see if the money is returned to me

Sturdy storage for clothes rail. Love the raw color, very industrial-style look.

There are many negative reviews about poor communication and unreliable customer service. If I'd read these comments before placing an order, I probably would have looked elsewhere, but I can say my experience was good.

I ordered a Neo Minimalist Boutiques Clothes Rack on 9 August -- it arrived on 14 August. The actual product received looks like how it's represented on the Industrial Maestro website (where I'd bought it), and more importantly is sturdy. With some coating on the thread, attaching the parts together gave a very snug fit, so this meant assembly was not as easy as I'd expected.

But that being said, the rail is a stylish addition to my company's office space.

Fast delivery within the 3 working days cut to size perfectly. Not as bulky as I expected very happy with the product and overall design.

The quality of the product is top notch, but when it came to the customer service side of things it went down hill, sent out the wrong length rail and when I tried to contact them I was met with no response or help to rectify the problem

Was looking at their website, which is well done enough to warrant my further investigation. I wanted to send measurements and design, so popped a quick message into chat. I was advised to send to a WhatsApp number. That seemed an odd way to start sending design ideas, so I asked for an email address. I was then given a GMAIL address. Red flags were starting to pop up.

Why is a 'professional' company using a GMAIL address? Why do they not have mail associated with their industrialmaestro.com domain? This was starting to feel like a small outfit.

I called the listed landline number and the phone was answered with 'hello?' by a guy sounding like he was half asleep or I had interrupted his Fortnite gaming session. I asked if this was the number for ordering customer rails and the response was 'yeah how can I help'.

Completely unprofessional phone manner and corporate presentation. I then Googled for reviews. Should have done that first. Bullet avoided!

To the business owner... you really need to address your lack of professionalism if you want business.

If I could give zero stats I would. We have sent 6 emails trying to return an item with no response. We ordered white towel rail, shelf brackets and toilet roll holder. They are far from white. What a waste of money.

NO RESPONSE!!!!!

I have emailed, called and used the ‘chat’ feature on their website trying to return an item….no response whatsoever!!!

*UPDATE* I finally heard back from the company and after a few days got my refund. Tried to not pay me in full but after I argued my case I eventually got the full amount

Very nice product and very helpful team. Had huge issues with the delivery of the package but they were extremely nice and helpful. Can only recommend.

Industrial Maestro do not respect or have an inch of courtesy for their paying customers. They do not respond to emails, even after multiple attempts at communication. Shipping and delivery time frame has been past by one week with at this point with no courtesy email to explain why this is. Abysmal customer service and recommended anybody to steer clear when considering buying from this place. I've had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Industrial Maestro need to improve their communication skills and should not be taking our money for orders they can not fulfil. Appalling.

Recently I bought Flex Durable and Stylish: Table Legs DIY from your website.
However, I have realised that they are bit long for the purpose I need.
I wanted to exchange for smaller size, or if they don’t have it to return and get refund.

Nonetheless, after multiple attempts to contact them, either via Email or WhatsApp, I haven’t heard back from them. Very dissatisfied as the table legs are not so bad.

Don’t buy. Awful. Poor quality rails. I bought worth £330 mounted wall rails and it started bending in the middle as soon an I put it up and I can’t even refund it, as they will ignore you regarding any refunds. Please be aware

Ordered and fitted 3.5 metre hand rail after modifying item, Tried 2 emails and 6 phone calls to return item, This company will not answer emails or return phone calls - If you receive parts and do not have any issues with parts you may be ok- I also spend an hour polishing the two ends of the hand rail as they come roughly cut.

Still waiting on my item to be shipped. Their delivery service states 3-5 working days. It’s been 5 days already and the order status is still stating “received”. I have tried emailing twice but no response from them. Not to be trusted. Avoid at all costs.

I sent a WhatsApp message to the business account number on their website. The message has still not been read after 5 days!! Not very professional.

I have to say that my experience has been very different to many of these reviews.
I placed an incorrect order initially and was helped immediately with cancelling and reordering.
I wanted a bespoke length which was no trouble at all and yes the communication is minimal however when i needed information it was given to me with a fair amount of time.
The rail itself is fantastic. Sturdy, strong and looks stylish for our retail space.
I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Beware! they dont reply to emails and phone number doesnt receive calls

No communication why order not delivered. Doesn’t reply to any calls or messages. Will be reporting as fraud. Terrible company don’t use
