Fantastic service!
My Mum relies on her microwave for a hot meal each day, that her carers prepare for her in a limited amount of time. On Tuesday her microwave broke.
I called the Aylsham branch of Postles on Tuesday afternoon to order a new one and it was delivered and installed in less than two hours.

Roberts portable radio.
Following reading an advertisement on the internet I contacted Postle’s Sheringham shop and spoke to Glenn. He confirmed that the Robert’s portable radio I wanted was in stock and arranged for it to be posted to me in North East England. The price was very competitive and I’m looking forward to receiving it in the next few days. Thank you again for your help Glenn.

Brilliant service, excellent advice, good price.
My fridge freezer failed one afternoon in the heat of summer! A call to Simon at Postle’s had an instant response. Requirements were discussed and a new fridge/freezer was delivered and installed within the hour and the old one removed all at a very reasonable price! Amazing Service!! Thanks Simon and your staff. You were brilliant!!!

Problem with Insurance Claim on Samsung Side by Side Fridge Freezer purchased August 2021 Warranty Policy held with RetraCare....who were very poor with provision of Service/Support. In fact D Minus Grade
We had been without Fridge & Freezer for 4 Weeks
RetraCare finally contacted Nikki @ J B Postle ....Brilliant Customer Service from Nikki New unit delivered & commissioned by her team within 2 days.
All original information on warranty provision insisted contact only with RetraCare. Dont! Call Nikki / Team Postle

Postles is my go to…
Postles is my go to for any electronics.
I always find them so helpful in store and their staff are a pleasure to deal with.
This time I chose to purchase my new tumble dryer online and it did not fail to please. I ordered on the Sunday evening and it was delivered the next day for free as I am a local customer.
Overall, I am so pleased with the service and my new tumble dryer.
