Customer service is very good
Customer service is very good, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have bought a few electricals from postles of Aylsham and I think that it's the good personal service that makes me return to them.

Nice company to deal with
Nice company to deal with, no fuss and simple website. Delivered my new washing machine and took the old one away. Trouble free and efficient. They also contacted me after a week to make sure that everything was ok and have taken a copy of my extended guarantee to keep on their files so that they can action and deal with any future repairs etc. Very nice touch.

My order was not delivered on the day I was supposed to receive it, however after phoning Postles the following morning I received it within 10 minutes.

Excellent customer service. Glen in Sheringham was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help in choosing my Bosch washing machine model and get it to me same day! The price equalled all the searches I made...why not support your local shop to keep them in business for your future needs. Pleased I was able to get a free 5yr warranty with the promotion on this washer. The online warranty reg was straight forward.
Altogether... an easy, no hassle purchase.

Great experience. Friendly people.
The website was easy to use. Ordering was easy as well. The whole experience was good. When phone call was received the next day, to arrange delivery, it was a smooth and polite experience.

Availability and delivery time of the item I wanted was better than amazon and the price was the same, i was also able to pick the item up at a time convenient to me rather than waiting in for a delivery.
The shop rang me to say the item was there , nice friendly staff and its good to support a local business

Easy purchase from start to finish
Easy to order online for pick up and products described well. Phoned on morning of collection to ensure it was in warehouse as had quite a trip to pick up very quickly confirmed. Pick up from warehouse very straight forward and staff very helpful.

Fantastic Service
Had a washing machine delivered today. Absolutely great service from the initial telephone to discuss model etc. to the 2 super gentlemen who delivered, installed and removed the old one. Arrived when expected and also given help with the programs.
