Purchase of Bosch Fridge Freezer …
Paul and Ben were very helpful in fitting my fridge freezer, including having to reverse the doors, nothing was too much trouble. Prior to purchase Postles were very helpful in ensuring the fridge freezer was the right size for the fitted cabinets.
Post installation care was excellent regarding the alarm going off after installation.
For future reference it would be helpful if when installing equipment, purchasers were advised of where to find the information to register the equipment with the manufacturer for the guarantee.

Disaster - my old washing machine finally died on Tuesday. However, a quick trip to Postals at Aylsham and, after some excellent knowledgeable advice, a new one was delivered on Thursday. What a fantastic local service. Thank you. Mrs H.

I made a mistake with the order... Being a local company with a local warehouse, the delivery drivers noticed there was an inconsistency, contacted the warehouse, arranged for the mistake to be rectified. Much better service than remote national chains. Also thanks to the delivery drivers for noticing before installing

Great friendly service and super speedy delivery! Our fridge freezer gave up in the morning and had a new one in place by the evening. I was at work all day and J B Postle were happy to wait until I got home to deliver it - fantastic service 👍🏽

My first purchase from postals but my dad is a regular customer and im very happy with the service I received, i ordered on a Thursday and it was delivered by friday, and was free delivery. And was a great tumble dryer very happy with the delivery men and the lady who called to book my slot. Thankyou very much i will be a returning customer

Poor local service
We have always tried to buy our white goods locally, so when we needed a new vacuum cleaner we went to Postle's shop in Sheringham, we wanted a Bosch which only postle sell they had no stock a first but said could get one the next day very good, but when we said could we try it on they carpet the answer was NO, so just go to Argos if it is not what you want just take it back
