I ordered a window motor and it didn’t come with the attachment that the wire connector plugs into so I had to use the old one and install on the new motor. Now the window only rolls down in 1” increments and up is down and down is up. There is no way to speak with a human as everything is AI chat. I didn’t resolve my problem and don’t plan to ever use this website again

I order a detail part, it arrived timely was a fair price but I really hated paying the high shipping cost! The shipping was almost the cost of the lightweight plastic small part! I was shocked at that!!

I would give them less then 1 star,this company not only sent me the incorrect part ,not what I ordered or payed for ,then proceeded to state the reason for return is that I nolonger want it,and said I have to accept the terms that I'd have to pay for shipping and restock fee due to there shipping me the wrong part! I employ you to email me if you have had the same issue and proof im starting a class action lawsuit due to the fact there not going to stop doing this or respond to better business bureau !trueview1stinc @gmail.com

I was told by my kia dealership my sunroof needed a new motor. Bought the motor on kia parts now. Dealership wanted $1300 to replace it. The quote and diagnosis from the dealer ship was a couple of years ago. Got the motor installed the roof would go forward but wouldn't open. Emailed KPN. They emailed me back the next day. Said I need to get a diagnosis from kia to return it. I called the dealer ship. They said they do not keep the diagnosis for 2 years. Anyways I would have to spend more money for kia to do another diagnosis on the sunroof. Long story short BEWARE OF KPNS RETURN POLICY. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THEIR PRODUCTS. Now I out almost $400.
