Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful! It was over a week and my seals still had not shipped, so I called, some girl answers like I called her cell phone instead of a business. I had to ask who I was speaking to twice! Nothing but attitude. Refuses to cancel my order. Tells me I’ll just have to ship it back. I said I’m not paying for return shipping this is ridiculous. It’s coming from California. I’m in Utah. I should’ve had it in only a couple days. It took more than 2 weeks to get here. So she says I’m gonna have to then we will see about refunding you 🙄🙄 I refused the package and disputed it with Amex and got my money back. Go to ur local Napa. This place is a scam with zero professionalism and they’re not even a genuine Kia company like I thought due to the name.

Well only fools I'll say will buy anything from this place this place will rip you off laugh at you and not care about what you saying and trying to rip you off by if you have a problem with a refund you will have to pay for it and they want 20% of return this place is no good believe me I've been dealing with them all I hate get from them is BS and they don't like it I hope you guys open her eyes go somewhere else and this place needs to go down as a bankruptcy because they not professionals they want your money after they got your money you send the parts that you want you tell him that the color you send them the color of the part you say that's where you want and they give you whatever they want because they color blind that's all I can say don't be a fool like I was .plus all the nice reviews you see it's all bs .

I ordered a part from them for a kia…
I ordered a part from them for a kia soul that was supposed to be a manifold catalytic assembly. I recieved a exhaust manifold. I immediately filed a rma with them and sent the part back. I never installed the part or even tool it out of the box. I sent the part back and was told that the part was no longer in new condition even though it was still wrapped in their plastic and everything. They then proceeded to inform me that I will not be getting a refund for the wrong part they sent. Do not buy from this company they are taking advantage of people and misleading them on their website.

Don't believe the shipping times on the website
As far as I can tell, a complete and total scam. Says 1 to 2 day shipping on the website. Now they are saying 7 days until shipping and a "manufacturer delay", which means they never had it in the first place. My car is sitting at a shop and I don't have time for bait and switch.

"Overnight shipping" is a joke. Took 3 full days for them to even process my order. Paid an extra $80 for a $30 dollar part.
