Con Artists
Con artists. I recently ordered 4 of the same part and the total came to just over $100. Several days later, I received an email saying that there was a price increase and my order was being withheld until the new price of $150 was authorized. Complete scam, don't buy here.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order.
After reviewing your case, we found that your return request was submitted outside of the timeframe outlined in our return policy, so we were unable to process an RMA. We would also like to clarify that we only sell new, genuine OEM parts we do not sell used parts. If there were concerns about the condition of the part upon delivery, we encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and assist within the applicable time limits. Your feedback is essential for improving our services.

Defective catalytic converter and…
Defective catalytic converter and terrible customer service
I ordered a genuine Kia catalytic converter expecting to receive a quality OEM part. Instead, I received a defective part that arrived without the catalytic material inside. I immediately contacted customer service and provided photos and videos showing the problem.
Rather than taking responsibility for a defective part they sold, they first tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee and make me pay the return shipping. After I explained that the part was defective, they changed their position and told me to take it to a Kia dealership and obtain a written inspection before they would consider helping me. This means I would have to spend my own time and money to prove that a brand-new part they sold was defective.
Customer service was extremely slow to respond. Every reply took a long time, and instead of offering a reasonable solution, they kept creating more obstacles. I never asked for anything extra. I simply wanted the good OEM catalytic converter that I paid for.
This has been the worst online auto parts buying experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you receive a defective part, do not expect them to stand behind what they sell.

Hello Bruce,
Thank you for your great review! We're glad to hear the genuine Kia OEM part was the right solution and that it worked perfectly for your vehicle. While aftermarket parts can sometimes be a good option, OEM parts are designed specifically for your vehicle to provide the proper fit and performance. We appreciate your business and are happy we could help!
They hung up on me over their mistake!
I was explaining why KiaPartsNow charged me double for a part and talked to the same lady twice, the second time I talked to her, she hung up on me in an obvious way. I basically gave you around a $90 tip to get the worst customer experience ever!
