I needed 1nut and 1 bolt. But I couldn’t purchase what I needed I had to buy at about 10 of each I don’t remember exactly the numbers that I had to buy but basically I was forced to buy more than I needed

Thank you for your feedback. We understand it can be frustrating when a part is only available in a minimum order quantity. These requirements are set by the manufacturer and apply to how certain OEM parts are packaged and sold, so we're unfortunately unable to break them up for individual sale. We appreciate your understanding and your business. Your feedback is essential for improving our services.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
We’re truly sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced, and we understand how disappointing this situation must be. For any concerns regarding your order, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required so we could further assist you.
We’ve looked into your order, and unfortunately it falls outside our 30-day return/RMA window. Because of this, we’re unable to process a replacement or return at this time. We know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this may cause.

Took care in for oil change and tire rotation. Service person said i needed to replace rear brakes and quoted me over $400. We had our mechanic do the work. He said I had about 100,000 miles left on my rear brakes. I will remember Kia's fraudulent recommendation in the future.
