I ordered two parts using the VIN number for my car. I order the "right" rear lamp assembly and a halogen headlight bulb. I was sent the "left" rear lamp assembly, which does not fit the right side and the wrong headlight bulb. I went through their return protocol and the return was denied stating: "We are sorry to inform you that your request has been denied due to the following reason(s):
"The part(s) is non-returnable items due to it being, but not limited to: An electrical part or has electrical components." I then called customer service to ask why it was denied, and I was told that the parts are not considered the wrong parts. I was told that the rear light assembly was considered the correct part number, that they don't verify left or right. They are different parts because the left on fits the left side and the right only fits the right side. The headlight bulb was simply the wrong bulb, but they still denied the returns. As a customer, I am out $216.23. They sent wrong parts and I am stuck with 2 parts I cannot use. This may be the worst customer service I have ever seen. The customer service rep was also rude, simply repeating the same thing, over and over again, "that is not considered the wrong part. We don't verify if it is left or right." In regard to the headlight bulb, I cannot understand how they sent the wrong bulb when I used the cars VIN number to order it. That said, it was the wrong bulb. I had to go to Auto Zone to get the correct bulb, which fit. Horrible customer service!!

Ordered seat cover for a 2017 Sportage, ordered black and they sent grey. Expected me to ship it back on my dime for their mistake. Customer service was all around horrible. Stay away!

Parts were shipped in multiple packages, all of them in original thin manufacturer boxes, no reinforced box, no padding - nothing. Brake disk got lost in transit, so I refused the delivery of that specific box. Now I have hard time communicate and get that resolved. All scheduled appointments not possible, and plans ruined in addition to the loss. Maybe prices are nice, but customer service makes it unacceptable.

Expensive mistake. I was sent the wrong item and they refused to take it back because of their return policy for electrical components, in my case brake light harness. Never again.

The part I ordered was not what was shown it’s a plastic cover and not the actual connecting cables so it’s zero percent useful
