Great deal on a bumper protector
Purchased a bumper protective strip made specifically for my 2026 Kia Sorento. Instructions were simple and precise. The price from Kia Parts Now was significantly lower than my local dealer. I’m happy with the purchase.

Sent me the wrong part
Sent me the wrong part. And I was charged twice as much for shipping as I paid for the item. And it still took a week to get it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
We’re truly sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced, and we understand how disappointing this situation must be. For any concerns regarding your order, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required so we could further assist you.
We’ve looked into your order, and unfortunately it falls outside our 5 business day return/RMA window. Because of this, we’re unable to process a replacement or return at this time. Also please note that all of our orders have a standard processing time of 1–3 business days before shipping. We know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this may cause.

Load off my mind
I just wanted to thank you guys for making the process painless and and effortless getting the parts I needed to fix my car. I have a 2019 Kia Soul and it just stopped running one day and I was devastated because I'm a doordasher and I need my car to make my money. I couldn't afford the parts my mechanic only wanted to used genuine Kia parts. I didn't know what I was going to do but looking on your website it helped me to find the part I needed and confirmed for me that it was the right part that I was ordering cuz I had no idea what I was doing it just made everything so smooth. the parts came fast, were the right parts and fit exactly how expected them to fit. I'm just so thankful that the heat pressure sensor and the fuel injector was presented at such an affordable price!
