I'm very happy with it. It's worth all the money, it's very practical, I'm sorry I found out about it late, my daughter is 5 months old, but I could buy it quietly from 2 months old because she has a rocking chair position, not just sitting on her ass.

Was a bit skeptical to be honest but glad I took the “chance”. Was discounted about 1500SEK (Swedish currency approx 150EUR, and recommended price here is roughly 400EUR) so it was a really good deal! Delivery was free, everything worked out excellent!

I bought a stroller from them. Wheels fell of after 6 months of use. I made a complaint but they are doing nothing about it. I am waiting already 1 month and looks like I will have to purchase new one elsewhere and not get any refund from them.
They are totally not interested in customers.

One star is too much for this company. The absolute worst and most unprofessional company I have ever came across. They give you False and misleading information throughout the entire experience of paying and receiving your items. They take your money and give you the runaround about your order for weeks . This joke of a service went on for nearly two months and I’ve yet to receive my refund. Take this advice, stay well clear and do not use kinderprams they are a scam.

One star is even too much.
Not proffesional. Receiving information for 3 weeks that my order will be sent next week. Received an email that package is ready for Courier, after couple of days not receiving information about tracking the order, they answered that they do not have the product from the order on the warehouse yet! Another info that it is going to be send the next week. Not send to this day. 600 euro is gone. Stay away from this Company.

Venden productos que no corresponden con las fotografías y videos de la WEB, parece que son falsificaciones. Estoy reclamando un problema sobre esto y de momento parece que es una falsificación. Si se resuelve el problema actualizaré y cambiaré mi valoración.

Actualización: Parece que me mandaron un modelo del año 2022 en vez del 2021. Pero yo quería el que anunciaban en su web (2021) que a mi parecer era mejor. Total que si quiero devolución tengo que pagar yo los gastos a pesar de que ellos anuncian una cosa que después no venden. No volveré a repetir.
