Ease of use and accuracy

I have it set to refresh every 30 seconds but it doesn’t. Love the convenience and everything else but the delay

Good device , but sometimes it won’t refresh for 20 mins

The app crashes. When the app works the map needs work. Street names are missing in most places. It always facing due north is another problem. The tracker itself can be challenging for it to work in a vehicle. I read that it's good to log into the land air sea portal but my credentials do not work for that. As a matter of fact my credentials won't even allow me to log into the silver cloud application online. This is obviously a half baked product and service. I've had it less than a week and I'm very disappointed. My research has stated that I cannot get my money back to cancel the subscription. Please let me know if that's true.

Amazing product can’t speak good enough about it the accuracy and battery life speak for itself

I had the 54 for one week. It tracked just fine and stayed at 100 percent battery. The next week it went down to 90 then went down to 70 a couple days later. Then when it stopped cold in the middle of the highway. I’m pretty sure it’s dead and I really needed it that day. I won’t know until my car is returned. Extremely disappointing. I’m so upset.

This would be excellent, but the mobile app is glitchy and keeps crashing. The app definitely needs an update/upgrade. There also should be a way to upgrade a plan that I paid 6 months for to change it to a better option for me. Alot of times when my car moves from being parked the app still shows my car parked. And how can we reboot the device from the app?

It's Good right on point

I tried your trackers yes is worked at first. But then I cancel the subscription you saw when I tired to activate it again. This was not showing the correct location. Cause it's said I was in Chicago and I am from the Caribbean. Thing is I activate again cause other person from my country was saying that the tracker not picking up hey. This is the worst I bought 2 of them and not I can't even return the other. Poor quality. I am still waiting on my refund for the subscription that I cancel.

Easy hook up and good sounds quality

At times it will not update location. It just stays there til new location is found

The unit takes a while to update

My new device was easy and good but unfortunately I couldn't used it in my home town because of cellular network but I encouraged anyone to buy one

The product is a true tracker. I have one in each of my cars. I only need the tracker and geofence but it has a lot of other options.
