They wont ship anything on sale
They wont ship anything on sale. Why put discount code when you cannot the ship items? This happened to me 3 times. First i bought molton brown bath salt with discount code, they didnt ship for almost 2 weeks saying there was no stock, but the product still up and selling on the website.
Second time I bought caudalie serum, also they did not ship it, after a week I cancelled the order and order again same item. Guess what, still didnt ship. If there was no stock why is it still up in the website? Never again i will buy from this website

Cancelled my order any banned my account within one minute
I‘m super disappointed with Lookfantastic. My order was cancelled within just one minute, and I couldn‘t sign in anymore afterwards.
I then ordered my products in another store.

When trying to reset my password, it clearly shows me, that my account has been deleted.
I also received to message or email, which was supposed to explain the reasons to me.

In my previous order i had bad…
In my previous order i had bad experience as i received my order just yesterday! And i have placed the order on 02-Dec-25 and i have paid the shipment fee and it was clearly mentioned 3 - 7 days also i was informed that my order was lost by the shipment company and one of the items was out of stock so i got refund for that item, so this is not my issue and there was supposed to be other way to make me satisfied, a gift or something.

I have paid for 2 expensive creams from…
I have paid for 2 expensive creams from augusti ne badr and they were either expored on unauthentic
They smelled very very bad!
I have shared my feedback with customer service and they did not care to offer any solution and justified it as personal preference to the smell! I have been using these creams for years and i know how they smell
And of course they don’t smell bad!
I will never buy from them again and neither should anyone!
They are frauds if you ask me. The way they handle customers complaints is unacceptable

Your online ordering system is a SCAM
Your online ordering system is a SCAM.
I made an online order for 2 products and paid online.
After that, I received the 2 products in 2 different deliveries on different days and each time I had to pay for delivery a ridiculous amount.
These charges are never disclosed when the customer is placing the order.
