There are good ongoing sales but whats the point if so much of the savings are gone in shipping....in my case just one item ☹️☹️

Orders continuously cancelled
Once again items from my order are cancelled due to “shipping restrictions”. Not sure how a mini fragrance, body wash and cream are not allowed yet some of the other body washes amd creams are allowed. Please don’t feature these items for sale if you can’t ship to Dubai. I never know what to order from your website anymore as so many items are cancelled lately after you have take payment. You should do what Sephora does and not take the full payment until the order is confirmed that it is available and can be shipped.

Wasted my time when products went available but kept making promises to only eventually cancel. So many better options out there… and customer service is a shambles if you ever need help.
