I was skeptical and took my time with the purchase but everything turned out authentic. Will be be my go-to place for luxury purchases from now on so long as items are available.

Excellent experience

I was originally concerned about buying a designer purse from an online retailer. But the prices were excellent and the Prada purse I bought was authentic and new! They are very responsive on poshmark, Instagram, or email. The item was shipped quickly. I bought it Thursday late at night and it was delivered on Tuesday. I wasn’t home to sign for delivery so UPS are-routed it for pick up at a drop off station the next day. So convenient and the prices are excellent! Will definitely consider purchasing other items from Modecraze!

My package came a day earlier and was more beautiful than the pictures. Also, the customer service was exceptional as the representative were very responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend Modecraze!

I purchase my bag off the company…

I purchase my bag off the company website and it was an incredible smooth transaction. I received my bag overnight, I am located in CA! She’s beautiful and authentic and had to provide signature upon receiving it! I will purchase again from this company! Thank you so much!
